✨CRYSTAL DUMPLINGS ✨ DUMPLINGS WITH RICE PAPER

I love crystal dumplings, their beautiful translucent soft and chewy skin is just heavenly. But they are quite a task to make, to ease the process I’ve got an easy hack for y’all😎
RICE PAPER - Using rice paper as my dumpling wrapper has been life changing. It’s quick, easy, and so tasty!! Try it to believe it!!😍🤌🏽
Recipe:
For the filling:
-1 tbsp oil
-1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
-1 cup mushroom, finely chopped
-1 cup carrot, finely chopped
-1 small cup water chestnuts, finely chopped
-1 small cup green onions
-1 stock cube
-1 tbsp pepper
For the sauce:
-2/3 tbsp soy sauce
-green onions
-fried garlic
-chilli oil
Make sure to serve the dumplings right away before they become chewy !
