2018 Polaris General 1000 rattle under dash

This sound was driving me crazy ever since I bought the General. It would only do it right at 3900 rpm and while I was moving.
So I tore the top of the dash off and I found the damn thing.
Its the cover for the power steering. I installed some sound deadening foam to it. Problem solved.
