MOST Churches Are Declining: Here's a ROADMAP to Growth

According to a new study released by Covid Religion Research [.org], only 33% of churches were seeing some or much growth in 2023.
30% were experiencing much decline. 24% were experiencing some decline. And 12% were classified as stable. Or what I would call plateaued.
To say it more succinctly, 67% of churches are in decline.
The question is, why?
And, more importantly (and what I’ll spend most of my focus on), what should you do about it if you’re a part of a church that is experiencing decline?

The traditional church service is outdated. People can shop from their phones because of the convenience. People no longer have to drive to rent a DVD. Streaming allows them to watch Netflix at home without having to drive anywhere. Now that we have a lot of people working on Saturdays, a lot of them don't want to spend their only day off driving to a church building where they become passive spectators hearing sermons by the same man over and over again.
