You ever consider making a byobmo diy kit? All the 3d printing, custom pcbs, preloaded storage with BMO's custom os, basically everything except for the raspberry pi itself? I would buy the heck out of one of those
You can get the relevant PCBs here: byobmo.com/product/bmo-boy-circuit-boards-kit/ Tee software is here: github.com/BYOBMO/BMOS The 3D printing takes too much time, so it's best left to individuals.
Hey Orbian, I love these video's! I would like to build something like this myself following you're tutorial, i am only 13 and have never done anything like this. How do build up the courage to start making the BMO. Thanks already!
Pretty simple. First watch all the videos. Second download the print files from Thingiverse and find a makerspace or someone with a 3D printer. They are pretty easy to find these days. Take our time and learn something new.
@@BobHerzberg I know it by the name of raspbian, but the information you gave me is interesting. Do you plan to sell these toys? If so, I would buy one from you, I have been following this project since 2015. Do you plan to release the code of the fork you made?
@@samuelseidel6148 Well, I don't develop that kind of thing, I'm interested in the project of orbian, I'm just a bystander at what he does, and like I said, if he ever sells one of these O toys, I might buy him as a gift for a friend.
