Where is the everything but the bagel seasoning mix? Would LOVE to know the recipe fot it bc I always hear about it but you can’t buy it in the Netherlands :(
I am in Australia and can't buy it at shops either. I make a large amount and give it away in little jars as gifts! Store it in jars in the fridge here as it can go rancid in hot climates. It's yummy!
If I have leftover broccoli stems I slice them up like Carrot Sticks and put them into my lunch box to dip in hummus or vegan ranch. Sometimes I save them and make broccoli based creamy soup with them. Mixing broccoli boiled down and cooled into avocado chilled soup is SOOOOOOOOOOOOO good. They taste epic together.
I wasn't a great cook before going vegan, and I especially suck at vegan cooking. However, every time I make one of your recipes, they come out so delicious. Pasta was one of my favorite foods before and it can be again, thanks to you. You are helping me immensely to to maintain this whole food plant based lifestyle. God bless you.
The best, to my taste, is a tomato salad with fresh garlic, dill, pink Himalayan salt and homemade pickles, which are preserved with salt, bay leaf, garlic, dill, oak leaves and cherry-tree/blackcurrant leaves,- but without any sugar or vinegar.
Larger pickle spears for sure! I also love that I'm not alone in disliking butter pickles and relish. To me, pickles should not be sweet. Ever. Loving these recipe ideas!!
My mom makes the BEST macaroni salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, celery and green peppers. As a kid I also picked out the celery and green peppers and lowkey still do! But it is amazing and when I went vegan she veganized it and used vegan mayo and honestly you can’t even taste a difference!

Yummmm! dill pickle pasta salad sounds so tasty, I will be making that soon. I love all salads, so it's hard to choose a favorite, but lately I've been making a lot of quinoa salad with beans and tons of veg and pickled red onions (because they're my new fav too!) I use whatever beans/veg I have on hand, and my dressing is hummus mixed with lemon juice and some harissa spice....so yum! Your zucchini noodle salad with peanut dressing is another really satisfying one. Thanks for all the salad inspiration! Please keep them coming! And as a pickle lover I vote for whole, smaller dill pickles over spears, I've always been a fan of baby dills with garlic
Ranch flavored pasta salad with peas and corn was my favorite growing up. It was also super easy to make Vegetarian (as I grew up a Vegetarian) with fakon bacon.

There is also at least 1 jar of dill relish somewhere around all the nasty regular sweet relish at the store lol. I used to buy it all the time and put it on my tuna sandwiches. Thanks for the ideas. I went vegan and I am trying to figure out what to bring to all my family and church potlucks so I have something to eat. 😂
When I worked in a Deli we called them Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, and Deli Salad. "Deli Salad" is a catchall for hearty salads that are NOT based on leafy greens. The deli prefix establishes that they come from a deli counter rather than a salad bar.

I make my own everything bagel seasoning, but instead of using Poppy and seasame seeds I swap them out for chia and hemp seeds.
