cellophaneboy why do white men always question the impact of what people of color especially women of color bring to society. It almost like no one can have a positive influence on society except for them. U should open your mind really.
@@NSHM122 You don't know because you're willfully ignorant. There's a huge difference, and this isn't jocking Beyonce. I don't personally know any of these entertainers, obviously, yet I know the difference between a Fact and a Lie. The fact is that on an entertainment/performance level, nO one can compete. Bruno Mars and a couple of others are also great entertainers and yet THEY will even tell you that Beyonce makes them wanna up their game. I only began really paying attention to her 3-5 years or so ago when she dropped her first surprise album with artistic visuals for each track. Now EVERY one's dropping "surprise" music here and there.... but she's a trendsetter and her sheit's good. The music industry even named it the Beyonce effect. On TOP of her being a fantastic vocalist which I'd never paid attention to due to her mostly dancing and occasional use of backing tracks.... just occasionally, to save her voice. When you hear her perform acopella, it is awesome. She hits tenor and Soprano, in certain sets hitting high operatic notes. So..... you don't know UNTIL you know. ;) And you don't know, apparently..

it’s because out of all musicians entertainers, performers she has worked the hardest and it’s seen in her music how authentic she is and how her music talks about feminism and empowerment, confidence , etc it’s all emotional powerful and moving and helps people realize they can be better so they thank her for helping them realize their own self worth through her music that’s what makes her remarkable and that she isn’t a basic performer that just sings and spins and backup dancers carrying them she hand sees the sowing of costumes comes onset with backup dancers to dance with them and takes care of everything herself regarding her set and more just watch her documentaries

Jimmy once said his job is to make the celebrity look good, even if he looks bad. So he will let them talk, interrupt a bad story, fake laugh etc just so the guest comes across as best as possible
I went to the premiere, and I thought it was just a preview screening. I didn't realize that these ladies (minus Tina Fey) would actually be there-and Julia Louis-Dreyfus was there, too! Amy Poehler cried a bit when thanking everyone for helping her make the film. And yes, it's a really cute picture. Hit all the beats in a satisfying way.
As an HBCU grad, my sentiments are exactly what she said. I graduated from Jackson State University #TheeILove and I love Beyoncé before but this was through the roof awesome. Beyoncé is the artist who I grew up with and she is the best artist of her generation.
i fell in love w paula pell during 30 rock days. she really should get more recognition than she does. i swear whenever she's in a movie or writes for a movie, she steals the scenes. tina, amy, maya, kristen, dratch, etc have all spoke about her on talk shows and every time i think shes going to get some real traction but still not enough people know who she is!! one of the best writers and performers to come out of SNL.

you can tell when Jimmy is actual friends with his guest because he lets them talk uninterrupted & doesn’t overdo his laughing
True. I can actually watch without cringing.
I thought it was only me who noticed that.
With the fake laugh
about to comment the exact same thing
Guaranteed Jimmy's friend know when he's fake laughing, he can't pull that shit on them lol
Mya is right! I was at Coachella seeing Beyonce’s performance was easily one of the best moments of my life.
Good Lord! Question: What does she do that is different from other singer/ dancers? Convince me, I just don't see it.
Why? She’s just another celeb
