Wow, what a fabulous week (other than that whole work thing)!!!! Your textured outfits were amazing - my favorites were the long dress/coat open with the leopard belt, and the WHBM lovely tweed jacket with berry sweater underneath (black pants looked good with it to me!)! This may have been my favorite themed week so far. You and Shannon have been so creative and inspiring.... makes me want to go play in my closet! 😊
Bloomingdale's is having a sale right now just so you know - take $25 off every $100 spent. I was in the mall yesterday and today, too. Yesterday, I upgraded my daughter's iPhone for her birthday and today we went back to shop. She wanted to shop at Aerie and I went to Free People and Anthropologie, too. Many stores are already having their Black Friday deals. Fun challenge this week with all your textures. 🥰
You nailed the texture theme! I'm not sure what to expect out of "Dark Academia". In home fashion it's the library painted a dark color. Or maybe Harry Potter. ???
Thank you!! And you nailed it! Think of what you’d wear in a dark library on a rainy night on a very preppy college campus….or if you were part of Harry Potter! She picked it. You’ll have to be the judge if I got it right or not….
Cute week of outfits. Trying to not get carried away on Black Friday but I have had a few moments of weakness. One practical (grey wash jeans) and one not so practical (gold metallic jeans). Happy Thanksgiving!
I hear you. I broke down and ordered from SF. I was trying not to do that. That said, my box is coming next week and so far I’m not too enthusiastic about it. TFW!
Hi Carolyn, wow you nailed this texture week. You have such nice clothes. I loved it all. I think my favorite was your super cute look Saturday. That is a pretty and different colored sweater..loved the skirt and boots. I thought the black looked fine with the lady jacket…very pretty. Did you go to the office til Covid hit? I know it would be hard to go everyday and that commute. I remember the days of not getting home til nine or later so many nights. I had a lot of young working moms and they all needed six pm and they all seemed to want blonde hilights, medium brown lowlights and maybe some red tones. I loved doing their hair, but getting home so late was hard. I honestly don’t know if I could do it again. You do what you have to do I guess. I love how you and Shannon do these themes. Did you kill it this week..how did she do. ❤❤❤
@@ritastutler1470 yes, I was in the office 4 days/week until Covid hit. The office moved further away from my home since….which makes the commute horrendous. Shannon did well on texture week, too. She wore a velour dress and another day had a herringbone skirt…but every day it was something different. You should play along with us. Requires you to put outfits together that you haven’t thought of. You either realize you have a ton of clothes or major gaps! TFW!
I love that you and Shannon do these OOTD challenges! 😊
@@sheilahall7588 keeps it interesting! Although I told her I need a break next week. We’ll pick it up again soon. TFW!
