I've made them a few times. Do this: First thing is first, put your pan on heat to a very low temperature (like 1.5 to 2 for most oven ranges) before mixing anything. Separate three large egg yolks from whites. Mix egg yolks with two tablespoons milk, a few pinches salt, 1/3 cup flour, half teaspoon baking powder, and a little splash of vanilla. Mix just until smooth. Don't overmix. Now add three tablespoons sugar and a teaspoon of lime juice to the egg whites and beat to stiff peaks. Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture and gently mix like the video showed here. Don't be too aggressive or everything deflates. Mix just until combined with no streaks of white anymore. Now grease up your pan and spoon your mix on it. Cook with the lid on, like you see here in the video. Good luck, it takes a couple tries to get it just right, and every cooking set up is a little different with little tweaks to get it just right. Learn from mistakes and don't get discouraged. Bon appetite.
