Hey what's happening nice veloster N with the spoiler I've purchase a 2020 Hyundai veloster turbo r spec I've changed out the Mufflers and exhaust tips and the spoiler N nowadays it's going to be difficult to find a veloster N or the ultimate turbo or the r spec & thanks for sharing your videos with me 👋👍🙂♥️
Love the car...lol love my car STAY TUNED 4 MORE...kdm power..thanks 4 talking about my baby
Any time brother. Thank you for giving me the chance to drive your baby! I stand by my words your N is the most beautiful N I've seen to date.
@@nstylemotorsportsracing1471 thanks ..now let's schedule for part 2 of this video...for the refresh of the car
You read my mind brother !
Catless would be overkill
Yes I agree completely! It was good to run cat less DP back in the day before OBD2 was implemented but nowadays a high flow cat is just a better option considering the issues involved with running a catless setup on these modern day cars! Especially if you plan on Daily driving your car a catless set up is just a pain in the ass!
Must've cost a fortune with all those mods
It indeed was very costly! In my opinion to much for the performance gains. The important thing though is the owners happiness. I was fortunate enough to be the first to install everything forge motorsports had at the time for the N. That made it incredibly affordable for me thanks to there generous discount given to me. That being said it cost me only 2k to get my N FBO! I was very grateful to forge for that. The N is no doubt one of the best bang for your buck cars you can purchase today. There aren't many cars that are track ready off the dealership floor and being a complete blast to drive at that. Nonetheless this car is a beautiful and functional piece of machinery despite after all said and done costing as much as a supra 😅
@@nstylemotorsportsracing1471 I should reiterate what I said. I guess what I wanted to convey with my statement was that it looks costly but I guess if you have the money, cost should not be a factor. This is a nice little fun car but like you mentioned, being careful what to add to the vehicle. Adding unnecessary and costly mods do nothing to improve performance and can be equal to adding a sticker that says VROOM lol
Absolutely agree with you! Even if I did have unlimited funds, me personally would be a bit more conservative with as you put it unnecessary mods. Again though that's up to the owner. To give an example just because I had unlimited funds let's say. I would buy a Porsche over a McLaren if that makes sense.
Alcantara wheel and bucket seats would be dope too
I am also in Florida, let me know if you ever what to get rid off any of your parts
3:46 did you really just go 70 mph through a toll booth in someone elses car? Savage!
My record is 145 trough a booth 🤪
Where can I find the Carbon Hyundai Performance wing? It looks amazing!
It does let me get you a link and see if i can get you in contact with a friend that sends us all the cool stuff from Korea 🇰🇷 also follow velo_n.red2630 on Instagram and I believe he can definitely put you in touch to get one.
I read it's around $2,5K, GL!
@@jaspermartin8038 yes you are correct much to expensive for my taste. Can you say stuffed turbo! For that price I would definitely do the pure turbos upgrade.
@@nstylemotorsportsracing1471 is there a link for that turbo upgrade 👀?
@@poppawillyofficial3182 sixth element/pure turbos upgrade! If that's what you're talking about?
this car is so damn impressive in every way. This might be my first hyundai purchase
It was my first Hyundai! I have owned Mustangs RX7 3rd gen WRX supercharged integra and more. These cars have something special about them! They just put a huge grin on your face everywhere you drive it. I bought it mainly for track use and it's outstanding 3 year track warranty, I ask you what company says here beat the hell out of it for 3 years enjoying track days and we will fix it if you blow it up? 😂
Hyundai and Kia really making it hard for me lol. Really stuck between choosing a Velo N or gt2 stinger..... Both have alot going on that I like
I understand completely. When the stinger came out. OMG I was obsessed with getting one. My advice would be what are you looking for in terms of a comfortable grand touring car or a true driver's car that's a monster on the track? The stinger especially if you're talking about the 3.3 turbo is very fast and capable but have been known to have some transmission issues here and there. The N is just the most engaging driver's experience you can get its quick it comes with a track warranty its literally a car that you don't have to fo a thing to it and you have everything. Adaptive damping a great sounding exhaust a car that can embarrass alot of serious cars on track days and for a price you can't beat!
@@nstylemotorsportsracing1471 I feel that and thanks for the input. I can honestly say I'm a sucker for hot hatches lol. I've had a mk4 GTI, caliber srt4, gen 1 Veloster r spec, and currently have a 10 mazdaspeed3. I am leaning more towards to the N just for that driving experience, 100x times more rare to see in my part of town, and a lil easier in the pocket$ department.
I'm new to your channel but definitely sub'd. Keep up the great content💪🏿
@@Wdboss504 thank you for watching and your support 🙏 it really helps me keep this going. I know what you mean about being a sucker for hot hatchbacks. If only the US wasn't SUV Crazy we would be getting so much more great cars!
@@Wdboss504 I would say the stinger if you can afford it speed and luxury combined.
@@cindysue5474 stinger is real nice in those areas but I just feel the N is a more engaging driving experience.
This car is a BEAST! Sounds absolutely unreal in person. Great video again man, looking forward to meeting up again soon!
Absolutely 💯 definitely the most beautiful N I've seen so far. I love how it looks! Definitely the fire demon 😈. Thanks for watching the video and it was certainly a pleasure meeting with you.

Saw your car on raitis rides. That was awesome. I always give him a hard time for beating up on new cars from the dealer, so he never replies to me anymore. I think dealers should have exclusive cars for test drives to beat up on., you should be able to break in the car the way you want, espeacilly if your paying all that money, not cool to buy a new car someone has beat up on. Anyways it was cool to see him review your car.
Thats hilarious 🤣 because the first N I was going to buy had like 800 miles on it! I later found out.. that very same N was the first N he reviewed! Lol I wrote to him and said now I know why that N had so many miles on it and I didn't buy it after watching that! Pretty funny 😄
@@nstylemotorsportsracing1471 lol, the first review I saw of him was with the N, and he kept downshifting and the warning sound would sound off when your revs are too high on a downshift. I was thinking that I would not want to purchase that car. So let's zonk him for that. None the less he does great car reviews.
@@ag4591 yup and I was literally going to buy that car but the dealer insisted it was new i said nah its used especially on an N! If I'm buying one it better have like tops 12 miles on it. The one I bought had only 11 and I got it for 28k! So the hell with Newport Richie Hyundai!
Glad the N is popular i was slightly worried people wouldnt but it cause the hyundai badge but seems it doesnt matter, you should try to test drive or give us a review on the DCT version when it hits the street if i didnt have payments on the mustang id highly consider getting an N
Already have it all set up trough a dealer as soon as they get one! And its going to definitely be a good test drive.
Wow it truly is a beautiful car. Great video as always keep up the great job bringing attention to this awesome car.
Thanks
One of the first things I noticed when I got my "N" home was that heavy hood! I swear the hood on my Genesis Coupe is lighter.
Yup me too I couldn't believe how heavy the little hood was. I really wish Hyundai made it aluminum but hey I guess I can't complain when they put the money where it really counted!
I’ve been looking for a BOV for my N. I don’t mind the noise from a VTA system(I think it gives the car a nice touch) but what has kept me from buying one is the fact that the car comes with a recirculating system from the factory. Would a bov that only VTA hurt the cars performance? Because the last thing I want is to loose performance over some sound.
And one more thing, I currently have a an AEM intake on my n, do you know if a company sells a turbo inlet that would fit my intake? Forge sells one but it only fits a 4 inch intakes while mine is 3 inches
I’m sorry in advance if I said something stupid I’m relatively new into the car scene 😂
No sir there is no stupid questions! Infact thats what my main goal for this channel was. Is to bring awareness to the N. To answer your question yes there is a company called yames motorsports, and it works exactly like the forge inlet system but will fit AFE or any 3 inch system. 845 motorsports is in the process of making one as well except it will be a real inlet that will also fit every intake on the market. Your second question. The N has a map sensor so running a BOV/ VTA will not hurt performance one bit. Its completely safe to vent to atmosphere! Me personally I just don't care for the noise. Its just a personal thing but you can literally just remove your recirculation hose and get a really cool sound out of your stock BOV, but I would look into GFB, FORGE, BOOMBA THEY ALL MAKE QUALITY SYSTEMS! i have forge which allows you to change back and forth between VTA or Recirculation. Thanks for watching and commenting. Please feel free to ask any questions I try and answer everyone 😊
Ok Kevin to answer your question about the turbo inlet look up yamesdesigns@gmail.com or follow him on Instagram there you will find a beautiful turbo inlet that will work with your AEM INTAKE.
N Style motorsports racing I’ll make sure to contact him, I appreciate the help!
Not a problem 👌 he says he only has 4 left at the moment so tell him NStyle motorsports sent you!
He did a beautiful job modding it. That carbon fiber hood makes the red look really good
Absolutely! Every little touch he has Done is amazing. I was never a fan of the red, but after seeing his car I started wishing I had bought a red one. I will be doing another review on the car hopefully soon. He now has it custom tuned and pretty much everything straight out of the performance version of the Hyundai catalog. The door sills, floor mats, custom made diffuser, side trims and splitter, EIBACH SPRINGS and sway bars, stainless steel lines and even a yamesdesigns turbo inlet that will fit on the 3 inch intake. The car really is a work of art but functional. Definitely the best looking N in our group 😍 thank you so much for commenting and watching the video.
@@nstylemotorsportsracing1471 Red and black combo is my favorite on most cars. Stock the black N with the red accents looks best, but once you take the Red and add a black hood and wheels and so on I may like the red better lol. Black cars looks amazing when clean, but show scratches and blemishes so easily which sucks :( I'm still leaning toward getting a black one, but if a red one pops up soon when I go to buy one and it's got a little better price I may jump for red, well see I guess :) By the way, keep up the good work with your channel, great content and can see the improvement.
@@MattTolbers thank you for watching and your kind words 🙏 I really appreciate it! My main goal is to really give people an idea of what these cars a capable of from an owners perspective. Plenty of big UA-cam channels have reviewed this car but they drive it for a week or even a day and thats great but doesn't really show what its truly like to live with and mod it. Once again thanks for the compliment and I definitely agree about the red being the best looking 👌
Are the black trim pieces wrapped in a carbon fiber wrap or did he get them made custom in carbon fiber?
Its a carbon fiber wrap the hood and the spoiler are the real deal though.
Looks orange
I just ordered the JB4 a few hours ago.
I’d like to see how it stacks up to my 18 Mustang GT after I add the JB4.
The JB4 is an excellent piggyback system. I've run a few Mustangs before I had the downpipe and it definitely keeps up until about 110 + mph however I haven't yet run a stock mustang. If you have a 10R80 forget it 😂 but ive definitely run well against the manual Mustangs. Ofcourse I'm talking about the 5.0 the 2.3 eco boost Mustangs I've beaten all but one that was putting down 400+ whp and a 10R80. Ethier way your definitely going to be happy with the JB4.
N Style motorsports racing I definitely love my VN, it’s a fun little whip. I just got it for a daily driver, now that I’ve spanked a few cars in it, I want to add more power lol. I am good with my ‘stang on power, I am about 480-500 at the crank and I’ll probably never have the ability to really push that car to its max capability - it’s the 10 speed, so I walk the same car in manual all day.
@@caseygrant636 oh definitely! I'm a big mustang fan I have owned quite a few unfortunately when I was going to buy one I didn't want an auto. Then all the bad press on the MT82 Kept me from buying one. If I could go back in time I would have just bought the 10R80 though. I didn't realize how good they are.
N Style motorsports racing since the last comment I got the AFE Takeda Momentum Cold Air Intake lol. Here in the next few months I’d like to throw some wider 18”s on it to smooth the ride out and get more grip
@@caseygrant636 i am thinking the same! I bought 19's for three reasons 1. they were a black Friday sale from fitment industry 2. they didn't have any of the 18's wheels i wanted 😢 all on backorder 3. because at the time i didn't feel like spending money on tires! I'm about to start doing some heavy track days and now I've been looking for cheap 18's like some avid racing wheels that are about 650$ new and i was thinking of running 245 square set-up this way more grip and i can buy some good track day tires. I really wanted 18's but I was looking at big bucks with the wheels i wanted and tires! At the time I didn't know what or if the fitment would work but after messing everything 245's will work and get some street speed rubber that are cheap but are a poor man's R triple 8 tire! I was even thinking something crazy like a blue wheel for track wheels 🤔 I think it would look cool 😂
60 lbs weight reduction on the hood xD probably more like 30-40
Beautiful car! I just got mine last weekend.
It.so. a.mazing
Very nice car thank you for your comment.
Awesome car, Style as well as performance.
Amazing car and so beautifully done thanks for commenting!
Do we know what the hp is? I didn't hear a number in the video.
Could you share some good rims specs and tire? I burned through the stock p zeros and wanna change rims n tires soon to put better power down, will be doing mid pipe intake maybe a tune keep up the content!
Sure Jeff. If you're ok with going to an 18's the best spec would be 18×8.5+45 with a 235 or even a 245. The Michelin pilot sport are the best all around tire with a UTQG ( Treadwear rating off 300 ) the lower the number on the UTQG The softer the tire! It all depends on a balance of power/temperature of where you live, and the benefits of an 18's are tires are so much cheaper than a 19's but if you're set on 19's same measurements except in a 19 and the lug pattern is 114.3 but there are lots if great tire choices just remember if you live where it gets cold a summer tire will destroy itself faster.
Thanks for the response ima look for 18s been checking out forums too, I live in Seattle so the stocks got chewed up quick with the up n down weather lol
@@jeffkim4282 no problem 😊 anytime!

Thank you for watching. Joe is an amazing guy.
What's the weight of the hood? :-)
That a real good question to me it felt like an easy 70lbs or perhaps more. As for the Carbon hood weight was nothing
@@nstylemotorsportsracing1471 in the video here, you lifted the carbon fiber hood like it was paper lmao
how much whp does it make?
It hasn't been to the dyno yet but with the JB4 without a down pipe or full CATBACK it made over 275 almost 280 whp. Once we get the tune perfect its going on the dyno.
