Dear Sir, thank you for this outstanding video.production I am so impressed and grateful to the Community and to you for creating such magic with DCS. Yours ever, Nick
@@markpotter460 Yup! If you knew what you were looking at you'd know why. I love the Heatblur trailers as well. But this is actually on another level in subtle ways that are probably not obvious to you. LOL. The fact that it's a mod has absolutely nothing to do with it.
I liked Men of the fighting lady 1954 with the Panthers attacking the bridges at the Target and I remember as a kid the movie was like a old version of top gun and I enjoyed both movies. Especially the end half of the movie where the pilot is wounded and is guided back to the carrier by his friend
Ahhh fighters and fighter bombers of the late 40’s and early 50’s. Straight wing (outside of the F-86, FJ Fury and F-84 Thunderstreak), subsonic and sexy as Marilyn Monroe. Great video!
This cinematic is so good it makes for an epic trailer and its of one of my most favorite jets as well! Amazing how you make so many cinematics so quickly though quite inspiring since I'm working on some of my own!
I cannot like this enough! Great angles and camerawork. I really love how you put the Blue Angels clips in there. Incredible work on one of the coolest US Carrier Fighters!
I would think the FH Phantom or F2H Banshee would get that credit being as they were asking the first two jets fielded by the USN which saw service. The Banshee, in particular, even if lack luster in performance compared to later variants of the F9F (Cougar, specifically), saw some use in Korea as a bomber escort thanks to superior high altitude performance over other USN aircraft at the time (including the F9F Panther). Banshee is Bae, Banshee is life! :)
You could not imagine how outmatched the Panther was versus the MiG-15 until you read the action reports. They had to go back to the same early WWII tactics they used against Zeros when they only had Wildcats. Panther was a stopgap jet and outclassed in every respect.
My grandfather was with VF-111 the Sundowners. The Panther has always been a favorite of mine. I am just getting back into Flight Sims and new to DCS but this is the icing on the cake... ESPECIALLY if there is a 111 skin or one can be made.
I remember the old movie about the Toko-Ri bridges and Panther attacking that bridge with rockets. Very far back in my childhood. Had some weirdo chooper in that too. Buth then again choppers were always weird.
The Essex is coming as well? Be still, my beating heart! When the Corsair and the LA-5 come as well, we’ll finally be getting a stable for the Pacific, even if it’s 6 years later in history than I would really like. I don’t know if the Lavochkin was ever in Korea, but I’m fairly sure some Yak props made it. So the La-5 will do at a pinch. Downloading the Panther as soon as I wake up - I saw this just as I was going to bed 😆
F9F was one of the top admirable plane for me, very nice aesthetic, and the ability to manage against superior foe (MiG-15) And i'll say this trailer do them justice, applause for that ✨
“Where do we get such men? They leave this ship and they do their job. Then they must find this speck lost somewhere on the sea. When they find it they have to land on its pitching deck. Where do we get such men?”

My Grandfather transferred from Corsairs to the Panther after WW2. You're killing it man
Great work, and thanks for linking to my edit of The Bridges at Toko-Ri!
I absoletely love what VSN do for DCS with free to fly modules and other mods. Once again well done for this aircraft, the Panther.
This is maybe the most impressive DCS cinematic I have ever seen. I take my hat off to you! Thanks for showing the rest of us how it is done.😀
So its your first?
Really over the Heatblur F14 and F4 E trailer really lol. This MOD trailer impresses you hahahaha.

my first thought: The Bridges at Toko-Ri 😍
I liked Men of the fighting lady 1954
with the Panthers attacking the bridges at the Target and I remember as a kid the movie was like a old version of top gun and I enjoyed both movies. Especially the end half of the movie where the pilot is wounded and is guided back to the carrier by his friend
The Bride over Toko-Ri and Devotion are some of my favorite Naval Aviation movies.
Really expanding the possibilities for historical reenactments. Bravo.
Ahhh fighters and fighter bombers of the late 40’s and early 50’s. Straight wing (outside of the F-86, FJ Fury and F-84 Thunderstreak), subsonic and sexy as Marilyn Monroe. Great video!
Dude I was not expecting another upload so soon! Awesome work! The color grading that you have on all your videos look so damn good 🥵
This cinematic is so good it makes for an epic trailer and its of one of my most favorite jets as well!
Amazing how you make so many cinematics so quickly though quite inspiring since I'm working on some of my own!
Out on holiday right now but will definitely get it when I get back. Awesome work as always J.P.!!!
Thank YOU RaptorDad, always a pleasure working with you :)
Finally something from such an interesting era! Thank you.
One of my favourite Korean era jets... Grumman definitely knew how to put a jet together... and it looks fantastic from your stable as well
The era we need the most in DCS ! Early cold war.
Super prop, early jets :D
True, this era doesn't get enough attention it deserve!
We need a Korean War flight sim with dynamic career modes for USAF and USN pilots.
Nice tribute to the movie devotion. You captured it very well. The dogfight, the setting with the valley, the colours, the comms. really well done! 😮
Woooooooooo!!! What a video; better than a movie!!!
Fantastic edition, what a good job you have done! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I want more!!! 😄👍🏼
Absolutely love it! Best thing I have ever seen!
I cannot like this enough! Great angles and camerawork. I really love how you put the Blue Angels clips in there. Incredible work on one of the coolest US Carrier Fighters!
Gorgeous Display of Panthers! Awesome.
Awesome!!! Every shot was spectacular
Nice! Good quality stuff all around!
never thought i would sit through an advert willingly lol
“Bridges At Toko Ri”. RIP LT. Harry Brubaker.
Before he flew on Apollo 11, before he flew on Gemeni 8, Neil Armstrong flew Panthers over Korea.
Neil Armstrong entrenó pilotos de Cougar y Panthers para la fuerza aeronaval argentina.
2-words, OUTSTANDING as always...
Great work as always! Very well done mate!
1 word to describe this “chills”
I love the Panther because it is the evolutionary link between prop and jet fighters. I bet it was great fun to fly.
I would think the FH Phantom or F2H Banshee would get that credit being as they were asking the first two jets fielded by the USN which saw service.

Banshee is Bae, Banshee is life! :)
@@Whiskey11Gamingtechnically speaking, yes, but I think the same applies to all early jets in terms of their overall design.
Un autre chat de la famille Grumman à rejoindre DCS !! Et vraiment magnifiquement réalisé et mis en valeur par ta vidéo.
Chapeau l'artiste !!
Fantastic video man !! Big Bravo !
Amazing!
I don't know how you do it, but I do love it.
Magnifique ! Un rendu et une action à couper le souffle ! Magnificent!, yet another breathtaking cinematic.
You could not imagine how outmatched the Panther was versus the MiG-15 until you read the action reports. They had to go back to the same early WWII tactics they used against Zeros when they only had Wildcats. Panther was a stopgap jet and outclassed in every respect.
With straight wings, it could out turn the MiG15, so basically, like a Spitfire, when in doubt, turn and turn hard.
Exactly, only F86 sabre was able to compete with Mig15 !
ua-cam.com/video/MBgbdZNIJhA/v-deo.htmlsi=1qfy7aBExClXudAQ
You can thank Britain for the MiG-15 and all the problems it caused. Thanks RR you monumental tards.
That’s great and all but it looks cool…
Yet another amazing cinematic!!! Keep em going!!
one problem i see is that the panther as an afterburner, it never had on in real life
2:57 the reason they did the whole thing.
More and more DCS Cinematics by Ferre
Turning into Real Life footages not gonna lie

One Fourteen to One Zero Six That was some Awesome Cinematic Roger That.
My grandpa transferred from P51's to the Panther. He said nothing was more pleasant to fly than the Mustang though
The Blue Angels looked awesome.
1:25 was awesome!😮
Encore de la super qualité 😍😍😍
Comme d'hab 👌❤️
Beautiful 😮
Lmao the afterburner plumes in the opening shots threw me off
Very nice!
I remember the old movie about the Toko-Ri bridges and Panther attacking that bridge with rockets. Very far back in my childhood. Had some weirdo chooper in that too. Buth then again choppers were always weird.
OH, YEAH ! 😀😀😀
The intro... :)))))))
Brilliant

Buck Danny likes this
Awesome!!!!!! Thanks
Strong „Bridges at Toko-Ri“ vibes
F9F was one of the top admirable plane for me, very nice aesthetic, and the ability to manage against superior foe (MiG-15)
And i'll say this trailer do them justice, applause for that ✨
Can you please also make a video on JF17 DCS mod !
That jet is such a great multirole !
It's beautiful 💙 specially in the navy blue painting... but i got to say, someone should make that landed on the wrong carrier skin for it 😅
Awesome graphics!.. thanks for this 👍✈️🇳🇿
“Where do we get such men? They leave this ship and they do their job. Then they must find this speck lost somewhere on the sea. When they find it they have to land on its pitching deck. Where do we get such men?”
The Panther is such a beautiful aircraft - but was absolutely decimated when the Soviets introduced MiG-15s
This is fabulous!
Badass!!!
Looking forward to it!
i did not see the F9F-5 on the download page?
One of my favorite jets!!
Holy shit, this is awesome!
Absolute Gold.
dope
Magnifique celle-ci!!! Très bon rythme et des tonnes de plans incroyables!!! 👌👏👏👏
Very Cool !!!!👍👍👍👍👍👍
Really great mod, but it doesn't appear yet on the download site as far as I can see. Hopefully appears VERY soon - pretty please 😊
This changes everything’s
I love the rocket effects
Nice!!!
Epic!!!
toujours un peu plus exceptionnel une video après l"autre
pretty sure they never were afterburning but otherwise sick video, look forward to flying it in game
Bridges of Toko-Ri
Top 👍👍
Guapisimo
😏
The buccaneer, I'd say !
toujours au top !
YOOOOOOOOOOOO
Awesome.... do you need flaming cliffs or is this module stand alone?
Any chance of getting the Cougar variant? F9F-8, I believe.
That would be awesome :)
Worship of war will only lead to more war. Is that what you secretly desire?
The Panther was a novel jet fighter for the US Navy, but the MiG-15 was the better jet fighter.
The best fighter 👍👍👍
looks great but i cant find the f9f in the mod list on the link
Where was Mickey Rooney and William Holden?
Question what was the name of that music used in the cinematic? Epic as hell
Read description :)
Brillantes
Mount Fuji mod?! How and where?!
Hell yeah. Just a shame all the mods have to use FC3 cockpits.
Bravo
OMG
do not forget to remove the afterburner.. Panthers didn't have them ;)
I imediatly thought its a mid module that will be overpriced
BUT A MOD ?
THAT LOOKS VERY GOOD FOR A MOD
Early Shermans at 1:30?
Looks like a little mistake to me
