Hello Dr. I m from Mumbai .last yr while doing gym workout i got lower bk pain & the pain was coming in my frnt thighs i went through pyscotherpy for 1 mth n continoue exericse still the pain us same but i continoue after 4 mths my normal excerise i brought my report x-ray & it was Marginal asteophytes seen at vertebrae L3& L4/ NOW in this lockdown i was fyn but suddely b4 2 mths i started getting sever pain in my shoulder nd the pain till my head i was asked to take report & x-ray report is --- The intervertebral disc space reduced at C5& C6, Anterior limbus verterbra seen at L3 & L4, now after taking all vit D , calcium , musculer pain medicines +pyscotharapy +15 complete bed rest my condition is same i cnt put my hands up for more than 3 sec & if i do vessels wash than cnt slp full nyt due to the tingalings in my both hand & cnt sit for more than 15 mins . I want to know abt ur treatment & will i b normal now i m tired of doing this excerise

સર મારે 9 મહિના પહેલા એકસીડન્ટ થયો હતો મારો જમણો હાથ ડિસલોકેટ થઇ ગયો હતો એન્ડ ખભા નો સ્નાયુ ફાટી ગયો હતો એન્ડ નોર્મલ fectur થયું હતું પછી athroscopy સર્જરી કરાવી હતી હવે હાથ ની રેન્જ 90 ડિગ્રી જ થાય છે આગળ ઊંચો એન્ડ સાઈડ માં પણ ઊંચો નથી થતો rotetar cuff થઇ ગયું છે મને કઈ advise aapo plz ..
