Turkiye is a very important country in the world. If Turkiye join SCO it will be very good for world peace. Turkish people are peace loving people.
As Strait Talk has successfully discovered, there is enormous goodwill and expectations in the Turkic states and even in the broader SCO and CICA towards and on Turkiye to be more actively involved in their region and fora. But the problem with Turkiye itself is some of its elites are overly addicted to the West and its various institutions for reasons only they know best. The West itself by contrast have been shamelessly giving their cold shoulders to Turkiye even while over exploiting it for their various security interests, both actual and imaginary ! Strait Talk has failed to address and straight talk on these important aspects, so that the average Turks can better understand these issues of great importance to both the Turk and Turkic peoples ! 😂 ❤
And the presence of far-right Turkic and Turanist nationalists a la India’s BJP and similar entities across Europe and USA’s KKK. Ottoman Empire-era mindset for a supposedly united “Turkistan”.
And being a major NATO ally whose defense and intelligence are closely aligned with Washington, Berlin, Paris, London and Brussels.
And you have wariness from neighboring Armenia and Syria over a variety of historical and territorial issues.
All Presidents or Prime Ministers of all member states have attached this SCO summit. Except one Imagine Indja is a member of SCO but as the Prime Minister of Indja he is not attending this summit. He sent his foreign minister instead. But he happily obeyed his western masters order and attended the G7 summit which Indja is not even a G7 member.
Seriously thinking of this, Indja should be kicked out of BRICS and SCO. You can't trust someone like this to be a member in your group.
Exactly, and the only reason India is in the SCO is because Putin asked Xi to invite them. India is a snake and can't be trusted.

The SCO will gain a lot from the Chinese BRR & the Russian International North South Transport Corridor (INSTC).

Countries like India and Turkey who want to play the both sides should be allowed to do that, eventually with time they will understand who are the reliable partners. China shouldn't strong arm anyone to join SCO, they should come organically. West only cares about themselves, Modi will soon realize this hard truth and bend towards China-Russia. Turkey will be next but it will take sometime before it happens.

Turkey and India the countries playing both sides, should be barred from SCO
Because they do not participate in any alliances against anyone and are a bridge between the West and the East.
SCO is a temporary arrangement and is not of much relevance. A group meant for discussion and highlighting their issues.
SCO is a joke, India only joined as Russia insisted
