May I recommend using rosemary oil or essence for your hair, trials have shown that it works better than Regaine for stimulating hair growth. it will grow back in within a year, take care ❤

I lost some hair this year also, it definitely thinned. I started using topical minoxidil and taking more vitamins. I think it is helping
