Part 4 of "A Crash Course Beginner's Tutorial" for Dark Souls. In this part of the tutorial, I will be upgrading the Estus Flask, and accessing the lower area of New Londo Ruins for armour upgrade materials.

This tutorial is intended for beginners to this game, as well as players who are having difficulty or are just generally unfamiliar with Dark Souls. It is not intended to be a comprehensive walkthrough / guide to Dark Souls, but rather, a source of information containing hints, tips, and suggested strategies that can be used throughout the game.

Red reduces bleed build up, Purple cures poison, Blooming Purple cures toxin and poison.
I have two main setups that I use for my builds:
Males: Elite Knight Helm, Wanderer Coat, Guardian Gauntlets and Leggings.
Females: Wanderer Hood and Coat, Elite Knight Gauntlets and Leggings.
Males get Havel's Ring, and females get the Wolf Ring, and both fast roll. I really like the Wanderer Coat (it's kind of my thing now), so I use it regardless of whether I'm using a Strength or Dexterity build.

Depending on what weapon combinations are being used, I may or may not level Endurance past 40. The highest Endurance I've used on a build for PvP is 60, which allowed me to equip a couple of main weapons, a bow, and a shield, while having some respectable defences and 54 poise.

i am currently working on the forest guardian buikd setup. looks like i will need at least 50 endurance so i can fast rool. but thats with the ring of favir and havels too. ps i never used the wanderers coat before....but yeah its pretty cool looking.

this whole thing was such a weird path but it works. there were a few instances though where unnecessary backtracking was a thing (ex: going back for the zwiehander when you were already in the catacombs before that)

I have two questions, what does the moss do? and what is good armor for a dex(corrct?) build? By the way dude, good videos.

to use the male build, are you going over 40 endurance to be able to fast roll with all of that?

LMAO I also recently started equipping the wanderer's coat to all of my characters recently. I started a wanderer one day and was like, holy shit this looks awesome. And have been using it ever since. :D

If that happens check the chest behind Frampt. Its suppose to be a fail safe for key items that are lost.
