And about the gore, since the game so old, the gore isn’t too too bad. Especially since I’ve seen some pretty gory scenes made up in scrap mechanic that he has shown. So I think a long as he put a little Gore warning for his younger audience. The puzzles and his style of commentary could really work together.

I would pay good money for you to play through at least the first Half-life. even though I know you’re not a shooter game channel, Half-life 1 is more focused on using your brain to get through challenges rather than just brute force. So I think you would like it.

I think it would be fun to watch Scrapman react to the game and there are so many younger gamers that missed the experience of half-life, and yes it is a old game thats why I would watch it now for nostalgia. But thats me and my opinion.

As somebody who's been watching your content for a super long time, maybe 4 years i think, i would absolutely love to see you play through some of half-life one so you can recognize all these little things in this challenge pack! Plus, it's a classic game and still holds up really well today

Half Life is one of the pioneers of modern first person shooters, with an absolutely iconic opening tram sequence that gives you an overview of the Black Mesa Facility that the game takes place in. And I got to say, this is a pretty good recreation of the earlier parts of the game.
Im pretty sure that they open the doors for you, because in half life 1 you're one of the top prople in the research workers inside the research facility, and the suit in the toilets you saw is what you "put" on in the game later
This is unbelievable accurate to HL1, wow. And kind of fun to see you play it knowing nothing of the original game. Though would also be fun to see you actually play the real game afterwards now imo

You should really play Half Life 1 (or Black Mesa, which is a remaster iirc) and look at this again. This is a pretty faithful recreation of the original, but there's more guidance in the original game to follow the story and such. This challenge pack is really cool though!
This is based off the game Half-Life, you can get the actual experience which is much cooler in either Half-Life or Half-Life Souce, both games are made from Valve and are ofc on Steam, I'd loove to see you play them, I'm a fan of the franchise myself.

That original Half-Life introduction/ train ride taking like 7 minutes to complete lost me _so hard_. Thank god the game itself made up for it and then some. This challenge nails those first few levels. Catch you a playthrough for funsies.
I can get how the original half life one might be a hard pick up for someone who never played it... But you should really try the black mesa remake. It still holds up to this day and it's a fun play through.
Pretty sweet recreation, though obviously you don't get the story since it's carried by dialogue and on-screen text that you obviously don't get in Scrap Mechanic. What I will say is that the "intestine" is a necktie, which they probably did even though it looked bad because sometimes in the original game you'll hear a scientist say "why do we all have to wear these RIDICULOUS ties!". Also the microwave explosion in the real game is more so the food in the microwave blowing up after you mess with it, though again pretty understandable that they couldn't do that but felt the need to keep the iconic detail

You should definitely play either Half Life 1 OR Black Mesa (Half Life 1 "remake" in the updated Source Engine). As far as this challenge goes it's definitely recognisable which is a very commendable job done on the authors part.

The first one doesn’t have too much physics, but it does rely a lot on using your brain to get through obstacles. Which really fits Scrapman’s style.

You should definitely play either Half Life 1 OR Black Mesa (Half Life 1 "remake" in the updated Source Engine).
As far as this challenge goes it's definitely recognisable which is a very commendable job done on the authors part.
Idea for multiplayer Monday: a wall ride bay blade dog right would be amazing!
