Great video! Great replies to questions they answered a lot of questions. Video quality was fine and filming of video was fine too. Thanks for a great video!
Hi Raewyn, I have just come across your videos, thank you so much for taking the time. Love this one as I am stencilling a cake next week. I too am in Oz, what shortening do you use? Thanks again, oh, also looooooved the ganache short cut, fantastic!! Alex :)
Thanks Alex, I use Solite shortening. I find it to be the best I have tried as it retains its 'slip' much longer so is great for blending seams in fondant and modeling chocolate. It's also a great 'glue' when you need some time to move things around :)
Awwww! Thanks Sarah! You're a sweetheart! It really is easy...I LOVE my stencils and I don't want people to be too scared to give them a go. Thanks for watching Gorgeous :) xx
Hi Sarah, thanks so much. Yes, the shortening dries out and there is no evidence left behind. It also acts as a bit of a barrier if you make any mistakes or drop icing, it makes it much easier to clean off your fondant :)

The camera person is really annoying
Nothing worse that a bad quality video. Next time just use a tripod and stop zooming in and out.
Boring
