- CT Angiography is gaining popularity in recent times among patient suspected of Coronary artery disease i.e. Ischemic Heart Disease, particularly because it is a non-invasive test. But one needs to know about the advantages and disadvantages of the procedure when compared to normal Coronary Angiography. Otherwise there may be a wastage of money and time and you may not receive adequate information required to treat the patient.

My father,age:55,a diabetic patient, is suffering from mild chest pain,,,mild pressure on the middle of chest,,,weakness,,,,,,,,,Rotation of head,,,,,,Shortness of breath since 20 days at the time of exercise or walking.
Normally,At the time of resting or sitting no major symptoms are seen that I have mentioned above.
His pulse rate:40-60
His systolic pressure:120-160mmhg
His dyastolic pressure:70-80mmhg
His total cholesterol :120mg/l
HIs TG LEVEL:85mg/l
His HDL level:36mg/l
His LDL level:78mg/l
S.creatinine:1.1mg/dl
ETT:positive
So sir, Should he do CT angiogram or Coronary angiogram?

@@Tumpasarkarvlog না।সাধারণ নন ইনভাসিভ প্রসেস।আমিও প্রথমে খুবই ভয় পেয়েছিলাম।কিন্তু ওখানে গিয়ে ভয় কেটে গেছে।তবে ট্রাডিশনাল এনজিও তে ক্যাথার হাতের শিরার মধ্যে দিয়ে হার্টের কাছে পৌঁছানো হয়।সেটা কিরকম জানি না।আমি ct করোনারি এনজিওর কথা বললাম
