- Coronary angioplasty or Bypass Surgery are well established methods of Treatment for Heart Attacks & Heart Blocks. Since both of these are major operations, it requires lot of precautions and restrictions to be followed after the surgery at least for initial few months. আমার বাবার চারমাস আগে বাইপাস সার্জারি হয়েছে। অপারেশনের পর থেকে কোমরের ব্যথা খুব বেড়েছে। আগে ultrasound therapy করানো হত, তাতে সুস্থ থাকতেন। এখন কি সেটা করানো যাবে। চারমাস আগের বাইপাস সার্জারির পেশেন্টের জন্য কোমরে ultrasound therapy করা যাবে কি না একটু বলবেন স্যার।

My mother is 52 years old, last 04/04/23 there was 90% block in left artery, then angioplasty was done, then in August this back pain started and angiography showed block again in the same place within four months. Now re-stenoised 19/08/23. Then what precautions should be taken if it is very beneficial. What could be the problem again?
5- 10% restenosis do occur. The chances of restenosis increase if u miss the medications or don't follow usual dietary restrictions. So now you need to stent again or do a DEB procedure , may be change the group of antiplatelets as ur doctor suggests and strictly follow those

My dr said to me before angioplasty treatment that it will be life guarantee but Sir, you mentioned it within 20-25 years a patient may be fine. So my age is now 23 year old now and after 25 years , The treatment will not be good for health?
In medical science NO treatment has "GUARANTEE" for even a single day. Its all about PROBABILITY. After angioplasty there is 5% Probability of re- block even with all medicines and diet restrictions. This re block can happen even after 1 week or after many years...NOBODY can assure that or predict. What i said is ...the PROBABILITY of healthy life for next 20 years is high but nothing is guaranteed. Also understand that most angioplasty occur in aged people 60yrs or more...so another 20years is good enough. But if someone has an angioplasty at 23 yrs then another 50-60 yrs ...nobody knows. So forget these statistics and focus only on Healthy lifestyle, diet, and strict adherence to medications

আমার ২৮ বছর বয়সে হার্ট অ্যাটাক হয়েছিল যার ফলে একটি রিং বসানো হয়েছে তার পরবর্তী একবছর পরে Aspirin বন্ধ করে clopidogrel দিয়েছিল মালয়েশিয়ান কার্ডিওলজিস্ট কিন্তু দেশে চলে আসার পর ডাক্তার আবার asprin+clopidogrel খেতে বলেছে !! এটার মূল কারণ কি দয়া করে জানাবেন 🙏

1.After angioplasty or bypass surgery there still can remain some blocks in minor or microvessels. For that he needs proper medicine to control pain
2. After bypass , block can again develop in thore vein grafts. That can also be a reason for pain.
Take proper sedatives for insomnia. Sleep disturbances is not good for heart

My father is 55 years old, last 04/12/23 there was 95% block in left artery, then angiogram was done, then his back pain started .doctor said it is soo risky to operation on this block ...so they did not suggest to put this way to ring( angioplasty like this)..... sooo we are very very confusion abou that what whould we do now?

95% block must be done something, and stenting is best. But unless i can see the Angio CD its very difficult to give final decision
