Suggestion; would it be possible to make a 6 or 7 or 8 hour video so we can listen to a "talk down to sleep" followed by calm background until the last 30 minutes to wake up to these affirmations?

Amazingly, and in pure synchronicity, this came to me on the Solar Eclipse day 4.20.23 as I was already repeating the mantra to myself today: IF NOT NOW WHEN? I even painted an affirmation card to hang on my mirror as daily reminder. Then I saw 11:55 and 1:11 when I happened to look at phone as confirmations. You and UA-cam popped up with this on my screen. I put it on in background at my studio/office - not just at nite. Thank you Jason! Namaste.

Still experimenting personally… but I want anyone who sees this to know this does help to rewrite the mind, which seems to subtly bring the things “You Truly Want/Need” into your life circle. You and your mind should begin to see changes in potentially work, personal life, etc. The big challenge, though, is watching the current life that you have leave you, or watching the life that you thought you wanted leave you.

101 Guide on: How to Create a Sociopath.
Step 1.) tell a human they are good and life is fine, no matter what they say or do, whilst having no understanding of their circumstances whatsoever.
Step 2.) Repeatedly tell them "I AM" statements until they believe it. Better, do it while they sleep so it really sticks in the mind.
Step 3.) Release them upon the world to affect others with total disregard for themselves, zero introspection, just pure "I AM".
I would humbly suggest anyone here watching this, you don't need someone else to think for you. You don't need someone to remind you what you are or what you can be.
You make that choice with every breath you take.
We have plenty of NPC's in this world, don't become another. Think for yourself, using your own thoughts and your own brain.
Confide in others to seek their perspective so that you aren't boxed in and keep an open mind.
If your friends aren't helping you, then they aren't friends - seek better people to surround yourself with.
But for your own sake, and everyone else's, at the least, save yourself from this type of "i am ok" stuff.
If you were ok you wouldn't be here. That's logic.
Someone on a video telling you that you ARE OK when you infact ARE NOT, is called delusion.
Delusions lead to narcissism. And narcissism leads to sociopathy, especially if it's reinforced with thought pattern manipulation.
Music is one thing, and that by itself can heal all kinds of mental or emotional wounds.
Injecting thoughts however into other humans is another thing entirely. And when they believe it, the damage is done and it's too late.
My father listened to this type of crap, and the abuse my family has suffered is immense.
Please please, I beg all of you, get away from this type of content.
Jason Stephenson has some great audio to listen to. Listen to that, not this "positive reinforcement" which only leads to destruction.
And if you really truly need help, seek it from a professional, not some hippy on youtube.

It’s kinda sad, I’m 42 and here I sit no retirement saved and no job with a steady paycheck. Was a realtor the last 6 years but now thats been milked and has no future for me. I just went back to school to try to become an Registered Nurse And I can’t fail. This is my last shot at getting a respectable job with good benefits and retirement.
@jason I love your meditations but I just wish you’d do affirmations with ‘you are’ not ‘I am’ because if I fall asleep listening to ‘I am…’ I dream of a man sitting there saying these statements about himself. But ‘you are…’ would be helpful 😅

Why I Am? That makes absolutely no sense! Why almost all meditation creators do I am affirmations? Why do I want to listen to someone say affirmations to themselves. SO MUCH MORE powerful to say "You are"! You are is much more powerful for the listener.
