Maybe it would be nice to make backups of your world each time you are done with a session. I just zip the world folder for my world each time. Would make it way less scary if you crash again.
I usually try to do it after each episode but over time I get more and more complacent 😅 The next few months I'll be on top of it again due to this but I'm sure it will slip again in time.
