Gotta say folks, I'm more inclined to say her 'secret' to looking the way she does, has more to do with 'genetics' and her luck at winning the lottery when she was born, with an exceptional face and body. And while beauty fades over time, having her supermodel beauty certainly helps to marry a billionaire that allows you to spend your time feeling relaxed and focus on maintaining a youthful appearance... no need to stress when you have nannies to take care of the kids for you, housekeepers to clean and do laundry for you and your family, a private chef to cook for you and your family, a gardener to keep everything fresh, an interior decorator to go shopping and bring back fabulous furniture and art options, a chauffer to drive you and the kids around town, a private trainer to drop by and keep you trim, a massage therapist to drop by and help you relax whenever needed, a professional hairstylist to drop by whenever needed, a professional make-up artist to drop by whenever needed, a professional fashion stylist to go shopping and bring back fabulous shoes and clothing options whenever needed, an assistant to take care of dealing with phone calls and e-mails, and let's not forget the money needed to fly by private jet to a private clinic in Switzerland, (better known as a ski vacation) for a month, to have a 'hush hush' nip and tuck procedure whenever needed. I have been implementing her secret as well for 2 weeks now and I already lost 1.5 kilograms (3.3 pounds)!
it’s only easy to eat and exercise this way and live like this when you’re incredibly rich and have a personal dietitian and personal trainer and a maid and a lawn care guy and a personal dermatologist, a personal nanny, etc. i mean, come on!, really though people….the average working american these days cannot afford to live life this way!! elle mcpherson is a millionaire. if it was possible almost everyone would be doing it!!! 😐
Thanks for your point of view. I think it also depends on where you live and some other factors. For example in Europe where I live it's quite cheap to buy fruit and vegetables and the gym only costs around 15 dollars a month.
If you don't have money/time for visiting the gym you can find other ways as well like jogging or doing cardio in your house.
With regards to beauty I think there are plenty of tips that are low-budget that you can implement in your routine. We cover various of these in our videos as well as future videos. :)
@@HealthyAgingSecrets-tn1fv yes i agree with some of the points you made. i live in Ohio USA , our government manufactures all of our food products with poisonous, unhealthy ingredients that aren’t in any other countries, not even Canada. we also work our lives away while the government steals from us.

Am I the only one that sees the work done on her face .. seriously! The cheek bones are way to high, I hate that “the saw “ movie look is not a good look. There really isn’t anything that magical.. eat well exercise and drink pleeeeenty of water. No rocket science. The best think you can do for you skin after all that is find a really good serum and like always 50+ ..
