Whether you just want to build some ammo, or want to start on the road to becoming and industrial magnate this is for you!
In game name ThinTrash, say hi! (No ISK required, thanks!)
This play is with a free Alpha account.

This was really helpful. I like the idea of being an industrialist, building the ships that people need to sit in while being ganked
A good hint for acquiring BPOs. Go to the correct empire to pick them up at the right price. If you want a BPO Minmatar ship, go to Minmatar space to pick them up. Also check the public contracts to find researched ones. Just be ready to do some traveling between trade hubs for those.
Great suggestion, sometimes the reginal savings can make the travel worthwhile
The first second of playing the video, the music that played already compelled me to hit the like button. Dex - I like your video style. keep it up, my dude.
I never even thought of reprocessing tech 1 junk. Might make me reconsider abstaining from industry.
Amazing stuff! Very well explained, not getting carried away with self promoting all your other content and really making it easy to sub. Thank you
Glad it was helpful! That's the main point of them for me :)
For an alpha clone in industry, I'd recommend ratting, and reprocessing the modules you get out of it for the more valuable materials out of it. Belt rats tend to give more valuable modules, but you'd need to be in low sec to get the quantity required for major industry. Anomalies can be done in high sec, and are better than high sec belts by a long shot, but really aren't close to low sec belts.
I like your words funny starscape man
Every time I send someone here I generates 10 new questions instead of just answering old ones. An alpha that moon mines, omg?!
The video is amazing, even if it's a bit late. Ima try hard with this guide :)
Thank you mate for uploading such a good video, stay tune o7.
Awesome video thanks for your time and clear instructions ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you! Your videos really help.
So much learnt from your video, loads of little things add up to so much, thanks
Really appreciate the video, thanks!
Thanks for letting us know, we appreciate it! xD
Wow! Great video dude. Thank you!
The reason you're seeing some of these at varied pricing is that you're searching in the region market. Like I believe faction/racial markets have no orders and player orders. Gallente stuff will be npc where you are, amarr or otherwise would be player filled.
I have 2 stations running a refinery with rigs for ore/ice/moon ore and an Azbel set up (no rigs) for construction/research/invent/copy quite nice but costly.
Well you have obviously got the hang of this! Well done. :)
you can set up filters for your hangar so you dont need to keep 10 different containers to sort through
Yes filters will do it, I just prefer using the containers, and they can be loaded / contracted etc as required.. Eve gives us lots of options :)
I'm not sutre what "filters" you are refering to (right click -> Sort by ?) but when I saw the containers I thought "Wait, what ! Exactly what I was looking for!" Well, actually I was hoping for folders feature (similar to what we can do with drones in the drones bay). I'm not done watching the video, but just for seeing this it was worth it for me. Even if I buy only one container to put the junk to clean up the hangar, I'll be happy.
good job
Very helpful
Nice video mate!
How do you make sub menus in the item hangar for various types of items? Please.
And I presume you should always have a salvage when knocking about, so you can salvage components needed for some blueprint materials?
Thank you! You need to use containers, which you then name and use as' 'folders'. 'Giant Secure Containers' search for them, other sizes are available :) More detail here, and how containers can boost hauler load.. ua-cam.com/video/3z5dcxwQiW0/v-deo.html

Thanks mate, Found a couple and bought some after my 2 mil pre profit contract.
the reason some of them have a wierd prices are cause they dont sell there normal like amarr ship those are players selling them.
first:) nice vid clear and good explanation . subbed to ur channel greetings from reshinguka otsada o/
Thank you!
I have all the materials for my blue prints, but when I go to make the damn things all the material slots still say zero, even though I have twice the amount required in my inventory.
Check that the materials are in the right place..? you can select them from their location on the industry window, by default it will look in the item hanger?
Interresting video,
would it make sense to create a new char for industry/mining/hauling?
I just started back up and cannot find a place to even make 1 blueprint, how do we find facilities/
Hey its me your brother xD
Which one :)
So you can make unlimited of any item if you had a blueprint
With a Blue Print Original yes, and these can be researched to use less materials and less time. Copies of these can be made too. Blue Print Copies are for a set number of runs only.
@@daddex9222Ok now I get it thank you
I just found your video and found it really useful. You mentioned creating blueprint for Tech II items from Tech I blueprints. What about faction items like drones, for example Republic Fleet Valkyries, how do you create a blueprint for those?
Faction blue print copies come from either Loyalty points stores, as loot drops or mission rewards
0:30 to 2:10 I'm only 1 month into the game, so I have no definitive answer and I'm looking up to your video to learn about Industry, and would have hoped you had the answer. Now, only by observation, you are a Caldari player and you (reflex?) looked for Caldari ship and Caldari favorite weapon (missile), while you are in a Gallente system/Market Region. I currently play an Amarr in the starting system, and when I look for Amarr frigates I see BPOs in just about every stations of the Market Region and they all priced the same and there seems to be a magic numbers : 16 -> the number of BPOs for every Amarr frigates in 95% of the stations. Maybe only Amarr VIII station (main hub) will have no Amarr frigate BPO at the "normal" price, only higher prices (maybe the player seller think other players sitting in that station would buy it there whatever the price, instead of buying it 1 jump away for some savings).
If I look for another faction frigates BPO, the availability are scarce and when there is some they are well overpriced compared the the Amarr frigates BPO.
So my noob oberserving guess is that BPOs actually comes from NPC sellers and they (sellers) will have BPOs that are either specific to the faction (ships, faction favorite weapons, etc) or generic to all factions (like that Keepstar). NPC price would be unique accross New Eden. But then players also play a role in buying BPOs of a faction ship in one of that faction station, then bring it back to his faction system and try to sell it there with a profit.
Again, just my noob observing guess, but I feel it is the same for the skill books, though the stations can sell any faction type skill books. And the magic number for skill books availability (sell orders) seems to be 555... Just right now, I bought one skill book (for test purpose) and the Market page refreshed with still 555 available books at my station and sell orders expiring in 364d 23h 59m 59s... So... I'll have to buy a BPO, one day when I'm ready for it, to confirm if it is the same as skill books, but I have a feeling it is the same.
Can someone PLEASE explain how to share blueprints with the Corp that does NOT involve me giving access for them to take all our prints?? I don’t want to make a thousand copies of everything!
Easiest solution would be to put them in a separate corp hanger they can access, we rented an office in a local npc station for few isk for just this. I will ask if there is a way through accesses though, we have industry specialists in the Corp to interrogate for you :)
Is manfacturing still profitable? My understanding is that it is currently broken as of 2/2021.
I would say that to make a good profit you need volumes and an individual cannot compete. The economy is still settling after the changes, I know hull prices are going up o compensate for ore costs. TBH a lot of stuff was getting undersold before. Personally I build stuff mostly for our use and only build to sell when I see a price shift.
Good to know that... thank you!
Had to google so many terms that apparently make sense to eve players...
Oh, man yes there is a lot of stuff to learn!
Is there an easy way to find stations for compressing minerals? (to save space)
Yes there is :) Click on the Neocom (Menu button in top left) and go to Utilities > Structure Browser. In there you can apply filters and find stations with what you need :)
Go to the structure browser; click top left icon, utilities, structure browser. will show what all stations in range can do for you :)
You just saved me a ton of time! Thank you! ;)
Oh i do miss the old production system, you might say it was trash but i disagree :p
It was very different, the queues were the worst part for me.
@@daddex9222 That is true but then again was so nice to find that empty slot and grab it for the next 30 days :D
can you remove blueprints from the list once they have been installed?
how do you get the billboards to show/play video? For me they all just say scope.
200 and fweee subs wow mate!!
Show me how to make a titan
One day Wout' xD
i need a phd in rocket science to understand this
I had the strangest ad before this video 😐
For what!!?? xD
@@daddex9222 i honestly dont even remember haha
industry is controlled by big coorps, the little guy has no to minimal profit in producing stuff
I agree since it is volumes that really generate profit a small corp will find it hard work. But everyone will want to have an idea and making ammo and some basic modules and rigs can at least save shopping.
The presentation was well made, i only think that in theory works better. For a small corp or a single player its not viable as a means to get isk compared to other activities. But for those that just love to do it, sure, the game is meant to be fun :)
stop lipsmacking on mic it's really really hard to watch ur videos even know its really helpful
I have new editing software that lets me edit almost all of it out now days. :)
