Vinyl Eyezz I'm doing guess what I've been recommending to everyone who owns a Crosley Victrola or Jensen record player to upgrade to an Audio Technica and some of them are. Yesterday I watched a video of a lady who found your channel she got the Audio Technica LP120 cuz I recommended to her that anything Audio Technica is the best
If you ever come to Montreal in Canada (where I live :)) visit Boutique Au 33 Tour it is a very good used and new record shop or La Fin Du Vinyl (Death Of The Vinyl) but it is only ised still records are very good and cheap. Those are my favorite record shops. And you should defenetly come to Montreal. Records are every where! The best districts for you will be Plateau Mont-Royal and Mile-end
I’ll be in Arizona in January so I now plan to visit this store! I’m from NJ and I just discovered a record shop called Penny Lane in Chester, NJ! A small place but the owner is nice and has a great selection of records!
Will definitely check out if/when I'm in Arizona. Since you asked, I recently drove to Philly and checked out Repo Records, which has a good selection of new/old vinyl and a lot of CDs and some 45s, and also Molly's Books and Records, which was mostly used vinyl and books, but I was able to pick up some decent sounding Beatles and Elton John records. Also, song of the day. We need some Silversun Pickups in here. Silversun Pickups - Lazy Eye
My favorite record shop in Northwest Indiana is S&J Stereo in Griffith Indiana. Next year 2020 they will be celebrating their 50th anniversary as a small business! Amazing considering all the format changes and ups and downs in the music business. It also shows what can happen when there is support for small business, they can thrive and last. Even if they may not be local for many viewers its still important to promote small business. If I'm out of town I like to find the nearest shop as Im sure many others do. Thank you for profiling these businesses and spreading the word.
Lavender Vinyl in Ogden, Utah is in the heart of Historic 25th Street. It's very small, but there's a lot here. Blake, the owner, is awesome and will order in anything you want. Some new stuff, but most of the store is well stocked with used records. I'm there at least once or twice a month, enough so Blake knows me by name!
Hey Vinyl Eyezz! I checked out Grace Records a couple days ago. Thanks for the rec! Me & my friend got tons of awesome records! I even got one of those Moble Fidelity Sound Lab records you always talk about. It was Genesis Trick of the Tail. My new favorite record store! Thanks for the rec! Keep on spinning! 🎶❤
Been there before and didn’t find anything. Went tonight and actually found a jackpot. Around 30 McCartney 45s and they gave me a discount for getting all of them. Thanks for convincing me to go back! Hope to see you there as I live in Gilbert.
I saw in that record shop vinyl records from Mr. Johnny Cash, but I didn't see the famous vinyl record from him: At Folsom Prison (1968). In my town I discovered a new shop with new vinyl records and there is a shop that I have known for several years now that has new and used vinyl records. Also there is a flee market in my town where sometimes I can find real jams on vinyl. Great content Mr. Jarrett New. Have a wonderful day! Cheers!
My favorite record store in the Phoenix area is Record High In Phoenix - on University near 44th Street. If I would have known that you were coming, I'd have made a point of letting you know before your trip (and I would have baked a cake).
I gotta check out that record shop. I've been to Phoenix AZ and. My favorite places i checked out was Zia Records and Metal Devasation. They had the None More Negative Box Set. All albums from Type O Negative. It's a rare box and they only released 1000 copies and it on Black Friday Record Store Day. But I will check out Grace Records
Great video! We love to see folks supporting local record stores. If you’re ever in Michigan, check out Electric Crown Records in Grand Blanc and The Record Lounge in Lansing. 🤘
Bought the Yamaha RS202D and the Thomson TT600BT turntable, with an amazing €10 Sony CD player from a thrift store recently! Absolutely loving it, and your channel keeps amusing and interesting me. Keep up y'alls good work!
I am lucky enough to live in Minneapolis, which has a LOT of great record stores, both in the city and the suburbs. I live a few blue blocks away from The Electric Fetus. Besides having an awesome name, it’s got a wide selection. It’s mostly new vinyl; the used section isn’t the best. Next up is Down in the Valley, which has a great discount record section, where a good number of unsold RSD releases get 50% off. Sweet! But my favorite is Mill City Sound, in Hopkins. I have yet to walk away empty-handed from this shop. Their used selection is simply killer. And they have 99-cent sales from time to time, which makes for seriously fun crate digging. Seriously, if you’re ever up here, I’ll take you on a life-changing tour of the town. And my cool song is “Temporary Secretary”, by Paul McCartney.
My favorite record store in Phoenix is Record High at 4242 E University Dr they just have the same taste in music as I do it seems. If you’re in the area check them out!
Will check it out. I tend to go to Asylum records in Chandler only because it has a little more rare records. Zia when I am looking for mainstream or a CD.
I've been to Grace records and It's a really great place! They've also got a variety of bootleg records I've seen and that's where I've gotten my first Kanye vinyl.
that's my local record store- honestly one of the nicest workers and the best costomer service- I ether use them or zia records- I was just there today too ahahaha
I don't have a dedicated local record store close lol. We do have a guitar shop with a few records. But prices are outrageous and they don't even take care of them really. Stacking most on top of each other. Local Walmart started carrying a few records mostly bohemian Rhapsody soundtrack lp. Again stack top of each other at Walmart as well. So I have to do most of vinyl purchases online or flea market if they are in good enough shape. It seems like no one around here knows how to take care of them.
Song of the day is Engel by Rammstein \m/ 😈 \m/ Also the record stores I found here where I live in Albuquerque NM is Charley's 33's and CDs and Astro-Zombies. Two of the best places to get records
Hi Jarrett!! I’m from Chile and I will be in Miami & Orlando, Florida soon... What record stores do you recommend to visit in that area??? Thanks and keep spinning that vinyl!!!
Hi, I was wondering, and have searched the internet with no definative answer, would appreciate if you could put light on it, HOW LONG DO RECORDS LAST? As in how many plays? If we play a Christmas record over and over and over again, for like a month, probably would have like more than a 500 plays, would it cause any damage to the record?
Hi! I’m new to your channel but I love to collect and play records, I’m mostly into Madonna and Modern Talking, so my question is: do you have any records from them?:)
Hey Jared! I have a question I am sure you can answer! Is it possible to get a signature _onto_ a record? A friend of my has a signed picture disc as wall decor, and I wonder if this thing is still playable, but as Pic Discs usually sound a bit shady, I don't want to risk and find out by getting a record signed I still want to hear... Can you help me out? Thanks in advance!
2:01 They got Records that didn't make to the car In the Heat. 3:19 Singles Yeh!. What a great shop I think I know were You will be come RSD Doughnuts Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. There are some great Bricks and Mortar shops In the UK that are Not on the Internet lots of trophy's to be found In them.

Did ya catch that joke? 😎
Ha. I actually missed it.
Woohoo! Non-Tool related content!
I never knew about this shop. It’s a 3 hr drive to phx so i don’t go often, but next time I’m in the valley I’ll check it out.

Always love these travel videos. They're so fun and cozy.
Also, love your hair, dude!
Should hit up Tucson. Not only is there a surprising amount of non-music things to see, but we've a gaggle of record shops to check out.
Made it to PDQ this July. Fair warning: they don't have AC but the records seem none the worse.
Grace Records is a groovy shop, so many wonderful finds there.
My favorite record shop in Northwest Indiana is S&J Stereo in Griffith Indiana. Next year 2020 they will be celebrating their 50th anniversary as a small business!
