Hi Carolyn , Kansas Tiny House Neighbor here. You gave it your all. It happens sometimes. The heat alone will get you. Good luck in Kansas to both of you. Got get some !
@@BustersonBikes Great! Cottonwood Falls is the spot. I’ll be back in Kansas next year! Going back to Big Sugar in October. Be safe and all the best on Saturday! Say Hi to Brian!
Love watching your videos. Thx for making them. I am a fellow cyclist in Roanoke, VA. I know those moments of like, "am I really gonna make this..." Thx for sharing and keep them coming. Side note, y'all are amazing athletes and cyclist.
Hey, that creek crossing you filmed at 10:33 - that saved my life. I was badly overheating, I got.off the bike and just laid down in that creek. Got my life back :) Tough day, ALWAYS great seeing you two out there! Good luck in Kansas.
Yes!! That was a good one! If the lady in the white SUV hadn't just pulled in, I might have laid down there too!! :) Thank you! (I won't skip the chance next time!)
Hey great video. I’m the one in blue at the beginning and at the aid station! First time doing GL 150. Bot it was hard. Headed to unbound hoping that effort at GL helps in emporia!
Congrats to you!! That's awesome! You should be well prepared for UB! Some of the chunky roads were very similar ... Brian and I were just out in Kansas doing some of the North route at the end of April. Say hi if you see us! :)
Hi Pascal!! Come next year! Would be great to see you out there! Looks like 38 DNF's and 110 finishers for the 147 miler! Wish I knew at the time that I wasn't the only one suffering! :)
@@BustersonBikes Yes, the plan is to be there again next year. Missed it the last 2 times. Looks like this one was just really tough! Good luck if you're doing Unbound! 💪
Great video! My son and I did it this year and had a blast. He DNF'd around 90 racing hard off the front and I barely, barely made it. One of the hardest races I've ever done because of the heat. That's our Xterra passing you when you're talking at mile 100. Subscribed! I'm putting out a bunch of my own videos soon and also host Zen and the Art of Endurance Podcast if people want to check it out.

Great to hear from you! We’re headed to our Cottonwood Falls house tomorrow! (Not the tiny one this year!) Hope to see you sometime!

Great video. I did the GL 118. It kicked my butt as well. Thanks for putting this video together.
