Contact Beyond Contact

Contact Beyond Contact is a dance and healing practice that integrates Authentic Movement, Contact Improvisation, Passing Through, and healing modalities Yoga, Qigong, Cosmic Healing, Craniosacral, Family Constellation and other.
In CBC, movement and the shared energy, becomes the embodied communication for true connection, a metaphor for how we are in relationships, a practice for how we want to dance through life and co-create.
It is a practice open to all to find true connections within ourselves, with an-other, within a community, and the world.
