This is a great message. Visualize the person you WANT to become and then start acting AS IF you were that person already. I am seeking sexual sobriety, so rather than telling myself "I'm an addict" over and over and wishing to stop, I visualize myself now as sober and act as that version of myself would act. And then, as you stay, stay LOYAL to that version rather than falling into old patterns, especially when "triggered" by old places where I used to act out, such as (sadly) my bedroom or an empty house. They are now simply places where I practice my virtue.
