This is an amazing video and solid advice. Thanks Rinoa. Been watching for a while! Glad to see you're doing well! I'm going to try to be more social too. Thank you for talking about this stuff.
Lovely opening, despite my dislike of sparrows (mice with wings). That's fantastic news. I'm truly impressed with your self promotion idea (free stuff trolley display [lovely signs!]). Wow, you recorded in Stereo! Nice! The Fire-brick, I wonder if there's any residual radioactivity? The contacts, and the business mentoring, will be huge assets in developing, and direction, in your entrepreneurship. Thank you for sharing, you are exemplary in young people becoming successful, independent (in income, thought and personal development). I am convinced, once again, your home-schooling, is the reason for your success (how many people, product of the mainstream education/conditioning system, struggle in life, contrast with your independent thought and development). Informative, and inspirational. I'm looking forward to more, eclectic developments and presentations.
I do the same, "ones man's trash, is another man's treasure". Lol I mean if it can be fixed? Why not! If it can be saved? Why not? If it's free, Why not? Every wendsday around my neighborhood I drive around and check on the curbs people toss good stuff, it's a hit or miss.
For what it’s worth social media like Instagram and Facebook marketplace can be good for growing a small business, at least that’s what I hear. I’m looking for a full-time job but I wouldn’t mind a little bit of a side hustle. I just can’t really decide what side hustle I want and there’s a lot of competition in Los Angeles because everybody’s a junk hauler, tree, trimmer, etc..
Rin, reaching out to the UA-cam audience is exactly what you were talking about, leveraging the handiwork you are already engaging in to earn Patreon and UA-cam income too. Global connections.
Good for you.. hate schmoozing, but since they elected me president of my makerspace, I find i can schmooze with makers.
It’s what you know, but it’s also who you know.
Glad to see you’re doing well and still making videos, I haven’t caught one of your videos in a while

You have a good mindset, Rinoa.
