CJI addressing J-20 meet conveyed that legal fraternity from judge & below, all are service providers. then consumer protection act must apply here also. Extending the same, politicians are also service providers, liable to shortage of services Via-a-Vis promise(labeling), performance(product). They have not clearly laid down method of political funding, being fluid in nature, some body feels pride by more funds as reliability factor, & for some, a tarnishing factor.
