In daily use, REDOX requires a certain amount of oxidation time, generally takes more than a week. The ORP of the new monitor is usually under 100 when it is first used, so the value displayed by your monitor is a normal fluctuation. Please be patient and use it for more than one week.
Unfortunately, no. As I said at the end of the video, that's about the only negative of this monitor. I think its price would be completely different then.
