This was my first perfume that I've bought for myself after starting to work and getting my own money. 19 or 20 years old. As I haven't got so much money, I needed to choose wisely, and it took me several month to get to it. After reading lots of different reviews and trying on maybe 50 different perfumes I've stumbled upon this little gem, and it got me. From the first notes I was in love with it, but the base was even better - very long lasting but not overly powerful. Very masculine, but girls got crazy from it. Absolutely universal, great at summer and at winter. Great for office and for a date. My girlfriend used to bring up my hand and sniff it like every 5 minutes of our walk, people where complimenting it behind my back, and than I would find out about it several month later. Just the best perfume I've ever had, period. Unfortunately, since it got discontinued I have not been able to find a proper one/ Every one I try now - is a weak shadow of the original, of which I only have several ml left. Either it has been reformulated, or it is all fakes, I don't know. But the new ones do not have neither deepness nor longevity of the original. But hey, at least it still leaves in my memory, and has a very special place there.
Very respective review on this underrated gem. Kenzo Jungle pour homme was my late father's signature scent before he passed away. It suited him so well and smelling this always remind me of him. There should be more fragrances with this style in the jungle (pardon my pun) of freshie & blue fragrances.
I'm so happy about this review! When I once bought another perfume in the Souk on Parfumo about a year ago, the seller was so nice to include a sample of Kenzo Jungle, maybe 2-3 ml. Never heard of it before, instantly liked it. Your description was pretty accurate. I don't think you mentioned it, but Jungle also gives me a liquorice vibe, you know the confectionery that usually comes in black wheels. Kinda a natural herbal sweetness. Really unique, as you said, totally agree!

Well I picked this up based on this review, and I don't know if anyone else smells this but it's just like walking down the lumber isle at Home Depot or Lowe's, which I love btw, immediately purchased a backup bottle, pretty intense and performs great, first bottle was the vintage and second was the newer one, thank you Ash for the review 🙏
Ash, absolutely! Agree with all you say. Has so many memories for me. Late 90s and early 2000s. Had a friend who wore Jungle as daily. Here in UK price around £30.00. I am a fan of Kenzo Power too, floral but again underrated. And different. Thank you. Stay Safe.
It's funny how scents and the same designer clothing labels are not always popular at the same time. The scents often hang around and continue to sell long after the clothing lines have gone out of fashion. Kenzo is still around, but the clothing was so happening 20 to 30 years ago.

That's what I got in the opening an off putting animalic smell. Thankfully it's short lived then goes into spicy cinnamon lime ECT. I like it.. got this on your recommendation.. As purchased Kenzo Aqua which I loved at first sniff.👍👍👍

The quality is top notch the only thing is it can come off divisive to people around you. My girlfriends best friend said it smells like a sweaty armpit. I still love this stuff tho. The opening for me personally is one of my favorites I ever smelled.

All LVMH fragrances (like Dior) have a formula code on the last line of the ingredients. The formula code for your June, 2019 bottle is 08651/A. That's how you can tell previous and subsequent reformulations.
Great call Ash, I made this my evening scent! Very unique for a designer fragrance, a spicy-sweet cedar that's not overtly powdery and the light-touch musk from the ambrette gives it perfect airy spring warmth.
I have 70% of bottle Like 2 years... For me its very wierd frag.Begining makes me headache :D the cynamon and pepper hits You hard.. for me too hard. definitely not for blindbuy. Sorry for my english

I have this one. It was my signature scent about 5 or 6 years ago & I always got compliments. Definitely worth getting you can find it.
Kenzo Pour Homme was always one of my favorites when I was younger. Watching this video made me wonder what would I think of it today?

You should try kenzo jungle elephant, the women ones, thats the true hidden gem.
