Fidelis is Fatastic! Julien Rasquinet has become one of my favorite perfumers. Kenzo Elephant is also great but I'm having a hard time with it because is too strong. It's my favorite from the brand. If you love barnyardey oud with slighlty sweet notes, but still super dry, it's so so good and sexy. I think it also has real mysore sandalwood and agarwood. I get that licorice vibe with some vetivers too. They're both root extracts I suppose. Fidelis is good though isn't it? So glad you found a bottle. Tonka Imperiale and Cairo also superb pickups!

I didn't like it at first, but found I kept smelling my arm, and after getting used to it I now absolutely love it. Any links on where to buy? To me it smells like oud, leather, finest cigars and perhaps even a smokey whisky.
I have jungle pour homme... its a great fragrance.. Luca Turin rates it 4 ot 5 stars if memory serves. I have the third fragrance in that HDP line called Rare Petroleum & the ambrarem & rare fidelis are on my to buy list as I love that line. If you like coffee accords check out Trussardi Inside Man. Hard to find and discontinued but my favorite coffee / tobacco fragrance of all time. Cheers M8🍻

I love the Arabian perfumes too. Try Rasasi Fattan. It's Terre de Hermes but with muscles.

Kenzo Jungle and l'elephant have the same species but Jungle is more dusty/woody and l'elephant is more floral with vanilla and amber
Mukhallat al shams is beautiful, but you should also check out Dahn Oudh al Shams special edition!
An oud that I would recommend you try is Desert Oud by Habibi. It's really good and I thing you would enjoy it.
