Jesus Reads the Scriptures - January 26, 2025

In today's Gospel, Jesus begins his public work by reading the Scriptures in his hometown, Nazareth. He tells the townsfolk that God sent Him to bring good news: to give sight to the blind, to give freedom to prisoners, and to help those who are suffering.
