Thank you for sharing Serena. I found your quarter-life crisis video about a year ago when I was going through my own (still am to a certain extent) and just resonated with your story. I just started my counseling program in seminary and desire to help others with trauma, addiction, and mental health battles. I also have been wanting to start my own UA-cam channel for 7 years now! I've been wanting to call it, "The Rhodes Less Traveled" haha I couldn't agree more with you when you said, "JUST START!" I'm going to challenge myself to film something with my camera every day starting tomorrow, which just so happens to be my 27th birthday! Please continue to make videos. this video randomly popped up on my fyp and the algorithms have never been so precise. literally just today I've decided to come back to my weight loss journey after i took "the wrong turn" with food a few months ago, and felt so mad at myself for such a long while because of it. and now I've had some thoughts about it and I've decided to come back but i was still not sure if i could make it again and you just gave me so much to think about and i realized it's ok. it's ok that it happened and I'm gonna be fine, i just need to take the other turn and come back to the path that will take me to my goal. im deffo subscribing and now am for sure your new follower❤️ also loved the editing and how calm, wise, pretty and chill you are xx
