A studio I recorded at had an old white one that I used to record one of my favorite songs I ever recorded. The next time I went there, they were charging extra to use equipment ,so I used my snare.
Update: I just received my new Denis Chambers Signature snare and it’s awesome!!! Pearl did an awesome job

In all fairness, Pearl have had this SR300 three-way throwoff on concert snares for something like twenty years now
@@2112percussion_ wow it tooks 25 years to put that system to a contemporary snare drum. if this is about dennis chambers, he plays with pearl more than 25 years. i can guess this snare is fortune then. But it looks like an awesome snare by the way 👍👍
Never had much use for concert snares (Not my thing , run into too much snare buzz) But I'm really digging this snare ! 😀

This dude can play like a mofo! My friend always said to grab this snare if you ever get a chance.
Want this bad...but I just got nickel over brass Dialtune, so it's lottery tickets for me, altho I may have to sell several of the other and bite.
Medium high sounds like the sweet spot to me.. but £1000 / $1000 ?1?!?!?! That is seriously over-priced.
