To be honest the irf2110 driver on the spwm module is not enough to drive all those igbt to it fully capable only half so drawing 6kw will blow the igbt because the ig t will go into saturation from lack of enough gate current to fully open the drain because each igbt need its own driver like optocoupler driver ic

Sin en bargo todas las tarjetas que Hay para atacar IGBTs .lo hacen Mediante optoaisladores tipo Tlp350.....250 etc. El paso de tension positiva a negativa en puerta es mas critica y tiene ue ser mas segura. Los IGBT trabajan mejor a tensiones altas generalmente Y los MOSFETS no son para altas tensiones . Aunque conmutan mas rapido. En el video se usan los MOSFET 47N60 2 por rama del puente H. Los 6000w que anuncia son solo de pico. Y durante unos segundoa. Como salida estable son 3000w. Para mas .hay que ir a IGBTs ya Que con mosfet a partir de esta potencia trabajan muy al limite. En general desde 3-4 kw hacia arriba hay que pensar en poner IGBTs.

For wide range of MPPT DC input, this board need both buck and boost converter!

i think his adapter is to power the circuit, not to provide power for the output. to do what you want requires an LF inverter or a 2 stage inverter
