Thanks! I get super excited when we catch MERV with sirens because it hardly ever happens. My son can spot MERV by ear from like a mile away 🤣

That's awesome-- go for it! I kind of stumbled into it. I started shooting video when we saw stuff, mostly because my son wanted video proof of things we found. Then I started getting excited about finding new units and vehicles and trying to catch them, and eventually I realized I had piles of footage that were just sitting on my phone/computer. I made a compilation so we could watch it, put it on youtube to make it easier to watch wherever, and thought, why not make it public? A little over a year later here we are!

Ahhh I love this! This all started for us when my son was 2 or 3 and he watched fire compilation videos by themajestirium1. It’s literally how he learned to read 2 and 3 digit numbers, asking us to tell us to tell him the numbers on every single vehicle in the videos. Before I knew it, we had accumulated piles of our own footage and I realized I needed to do something to put it together and make it watchable.
It sounds like you have a little fire buff in the making! Hopefully yours doesn’t figure out too soon how to crank up the volume all the way 😉
