Girl my hair hardly sheds too! When people say everyone loses 100+strands a day....I'm like how come I never see any shed hairs on my hand, in my sink, on my floor, nothing!🤔

Edit: I love how all of us are using this time wisely for our hair 😂😭. I did my own box braids for the first time! They're not perfect or anything but my hair's away, my scalp will be oiled and my braids will be conditioned if needed for the next 4 weeks at least (is the goal). I washed and conditioned my hair, detangled and did a deep treatment mask, and used a hair butter to moisturize my hair while braiding. I'm tryna have my hair just grow and stop being manipulated 😩😩😂.
You are so right, I’m newly natural and I have my hair in mini twist and decided I would wear them 2 weeks then wear the twist out for 2 weeks. And only wash my hair 1x/month.

I do the opposite and refresh with a twist or braid style halfway through the week to prevent my hair from getting dry and breaking. I wash and deep condition every week.

I've been dealing with shedding lately 😢 the most I've had in 6 years being natural.
