I'm not entirely sure, but there are cheats like Anyx that have remained undetected since release. However, they don't include a skin changer because those typically involve writing memory, which could increase the risk of detection.
I'm actually running it in windowed fullscreen. The premium version supports fullscreen and any resolution you need. However, for the free version, you'll have to adjust your desktop's resolution to the one you want to play on and then run the game in fullscreen windowed mode. I know it's a bit of a hassle, but that's the only workaround for now. And regarding Nvidia's overlay, unfortunately, that's not possible for the free version right now. Hope that clears things up, brother!
