@@Clutch585 Any negative/slanderous statements about a person's character, true or false, can be grounds to sue for defamation in the U.S. It's especially difficult to clear yourself of defamation if you bring into play general terms like "drug use". It's also difficult to try and argue your intention about a statement like that after the fact, and a statement like that would be perceived as intention to slander in this context. You may not win in a courtroom but if you drag it out long enough the two parties can decide it's worth to just settle. I don't think Kyle sees Bob as a friend after what he's done. Again, this is strictly about Kyle not giving Bob any means to fuck him over.

Did you watch all the pods? Bob derailed every guests multiple times, he has zero self awareness. Steiny at least knows to shut up. I think having Brad on the pod was the right move. Steiny was there before Bob got the boot, Brad was the Bob replacement and I think that was the right direction. Bob wanted to talk about himself when the pod isn’t about that, it’s about the guest.

The future of this company will completely depend on him at the end of the day, and I personally would not trust anyone else over him to hold that responsibility.
