Here at stonehenge we go down to -5c some nights so I think it might struggle. . It's strange that some plants are recommended to be full sun but grow in rather different conditions. . I think there are a number of reasons that effect how well a plant grows and people assume one but it can be a different reason , I like to plant my plants in place's people think they won't grow 😂

It is frost tolerant in Australia..I live in the Blue Mountains in NSW where we have cold winters. It will grow fine.
