Impressive! Love the Edward II penny. I got hold of some Edward I pennies not too long ago from eBay, got a good deal on them I think. (You can see them in one of my videos). It was neat to see your date runs too. I noticed you're lacking an 1840 groat whereas I have one!
You’ve done a fine job there Ethan, & what’s more it was important to make the journey worthwhile & you certainly did. By far the Hammered Coin was the best in show
Nice video. The thrupennies win it for me - great value at a quid each. The hammered coin is lovely too, but it doesn't move me. Well done for your efforts.
Not a bad haul Bits. Probably the best buy was the 2000 999 bullion Britania. Maybe you should take up metal detecting as I find so many hammered Eddie pennies. I think paid top price for the condition. 2 quid for the Commonwealth England was quite a snip but give it a scrub in hot soapy water. Great video my friend.
I was going to Wales last to check out antique shops , till I got the summer flu going around. Well done. I do love silver coins only. The feel and sound of them . Makes modern coins just junk to me.
Even though I’m not really a coin collector my favourite would have to be the Edward, purely for the history and fantastic condition,I am a fan of the silver thruppences I alway buy them if I can👏🏻👏🏻 Have you got any contact details for the shop ?
Lovely, if you wanted better value instead of buying the one ounce Britannia, would you have gotten a greater weight of silver buying an extra 30 threepences at a quid each?
The 2000 Britannia Fine Silver 1oz 2 Pounds Coin will cost you between £37 and £45 depending on condition, The Edward II penny you paid the money for that..Buy the way i would of bough the lot and not given it a second fought...
Hello and a great video. I have started to collect English coins, which are awesome looking coinage, back in the day. If anyone knows , I am looking for a buyer of English coins as I have a few of them. Would someone please submit a web sight for English coins, so I may believe that site. One of my coins is a Great Britain, 1689 3 pence, William and Mary which is in great condition. I see websites that I go into, but these sites do not seem right to me. Thanks for the help.
Great to see your enthusiasm, I started collecting coins at your age, and I'm still going 50 years later !
That is awesome!
Thank you 🙏
I’m just impressed with your ability to find shops selling more than just a few coins in the UK 🙂👍
Thank you very much
It's a shame that there is not more
Great video, thanks. I loved the hammered one, being a coin collector myself. From Pakistan.
Thank you 👍
Silver Britannia looked amazing and always good to see you filling in more of your date runs. So a great video - sure you'll be back in Wales soon
Thank you very much
I would definitely go again 😁
All the coins were very nice. I think I would pick the Britannia £2.00 silver coin as my favourite.
Great choice 😁

I like the proof 50p, I think you got a good price there, an historic date too for British Coinage. And the Britannia as well. Great pick ups.
Thank you very much 🙏
Amazing that there’s no spotting on the Silver Britannia from 2000!
A beautiful coin
