      Thank you very much, did you have a chance to see my other RF equipment videos?

      Yep. Beautiful stuff, it's almost impossible to find teardowns of such niche equipment. Your channel deserves many more subs!

      That is actually the first reason for me making these, there were very few, if any, other videos showing how this is made.
      I would be very thankful if you share the videos you like or tell friends/forums about my channel :)

      Making subtitles is a huge work, if there is not subtitles on by automatic from UA-cam, there wont be.

    Something really weird happened, I was strippin one of the Ericson flatpak 2000 power supplies and a diamond fell out, I picked it up and thought maybe it was a plastic fake n threw it in rubbish bucket. Later on I stripped a second one but in a different room and the exact same happened again.... Not a clue how or where its from so I went threw trash bucked found the one I threw away and yes they both are real diamond. On my kids life this is true. It it even possible to get a diamond in a circutt bord because I can't work out what it came out of

    I suppose you could always have the heat sink machined flat

      @KaizerPowerElectronicsDk 6 років тому

      I have too many other heat sinks in stock to spend time on it :)

      You note the presence of gold on many of these high end boards and components. Do you spend the time to collect and process it? It might be minuscule amounts, but over time it can add up!

      I only borrow these items, as they are worth quite a lot due to the gold content, so once I have done a teardown I give it back to the scrap yard that brought it in :)

      Ahhh, understood. As the spot price of gold continues to rise I'm sure that scrap yard is aggressively seeking more discarded electronics. Perhaps they would let you film them melting all the scrap gold into a solid ingot?

      Actually electronics waste is a cost for normal metal scrap yards, you need very large quantities and extremely well sorted in order to even sell it to precious metal recovery companies. I can do a video on the subject if you like?
