Piece of advice these pieces are from “MLP: A new Generation” or G5
“Friendship is Magic” is with g4, hence the constant comparisons, but like they have nothing alike other than them being in the same world except g5 is thousands of years in the future for g4
I was definitely debating on getting these mini figures for a long time because I do like G5, but like I hatedddddd the toys that I saw, so thanks for the review! You always help me when I want to see which Polly pockets I want to try and buy! Stay cute!
Oh also the pony you were trying to find was called Queen Haven, she is the pink ponies (Pipp Petals) mom. Zephyr Heights is where they live so that’s why they included her.
That makes sense! I only knew the friendship is magic ponies. I didn't know there was so much to MLP lore. 😱

the shapes/desgins on the outside of most of the cases are the charaters cutie marks and i think the insides are there homes/where they work and the big one at the end is the weird 3 joint crystals that give the ponies their magic now.

I really appreciate your honest review of these. I’m glad to see I wasn’t the only one disappointed in them. We have the Bridlewood Forest compact, and I was very underwhelmed. I think having five of the rock pieces and five of the little hill pieces (?) was absolutely unnecessary, and I too was annoyed that they didn’t snap in place somewhere. So I don’t think your review is too harsh… it’s just the truth 🤷🏻♀️
I couldn't even deal with the cardboard houses. I threw them away. 😢

I gotta say that putting those cheap looking stickers on definitely did not help.. they're kinda unrelated and look like something I would(nt) put on a notebook.
MAYBE the shapes and icons, ok, but the pony face stickers had no business being there I'm sorry 😞🤚
my heart kinda broke whenever it showed the compact covered in it in the end, ngl.
The sets were oddly kinda cute (in a cheap, rarely cute find in the dollar store kinda way), the shots were really pleasing and the entire colour palette of the video (including the nails) was *chefs kiss*
I figured I made it this far and they already look bad so might as well add the stickers 😅

I've gotten a lot of requests on that one but I'm still not sure because they're basically modern Pollyvilles and I've stopped collecting those because they're hard to store. But it isss pink so...🤔

I also just had a huge falling out with a friend I've known for over 15 years and I cannot IMAGINE forcing myself to deal with these compacts whilst going through that, lol.
As a big MLP and compact toy fan these are such a flop, I dunno why Hasbro went with such a weird, almost DIY vibe with these. The concept for this line needed SO much more refining, my goodness.
If you're interested, there is an Amazon exclusive set for this line that is literally just a box with a bunch of just the little pony figures, it goes on sale decently often.

Totally fine now! I feel FREE 😁 and yes these could use refining for sure. The concept is there but the holes and cardboard drive me crazy. So many little pieces that aren't really that cohesive. Hopefully they collab with Mattel!

Hi kerchie I miss you so much girl thanks for the honest review. In my opinion I agree with you, To be honest, the cardboard parts, it’s not really my thing you know the designs look very lazy and cheap. I do wish my little pony Collabs with Mattel too About this compact, this is from a MyLittlePony new generation movie. I do prefer the vintage MyLittlePony and the one with Twilight Sparkle Flutter shy Pinky pie Apple jack rarity, rainbow Dash and a spike.
I know that generation already finished, but I hope one day one company decides to create a compact toys out of my little pony old generation, the one that every fan prefers❤.
To finish my comment I hope everything goes well for you. I hope I can see more reviews from you. I really like the way you do your showcases and your unboxings, even though in this video I would prefer if you do the full unbox with the box and everything.
I usually don't do a full unboxing because of storage issues. I unbox my toys asap so I can display them. I used to wait to unbox them in my videos and I ended up having boxes and boxes of toys just piling up. 😅
I never thought I would say this about a toy compact but I hate them.I don't know anything about My Little Pony,never was into them but I expected to at least enjoy the aesthetic,I mean they could have been cute and fun.Soooo disappointed!I wouldn't keep them either so I understand you wanting to return them.What was fun and funny was your commentary as always.

I actually like G5 but this is extremely disappointing. It also seems frustrating 😅 The second one is the Cutie Mark of Izzy Moonbow! She's a DIY crafty pony(She's Pinkie pie without the party aesthetic) I believe it's supposed to be either a pin cushion or yarn with knitting tools inside 🤔 It's something I don't think too hard about because it's hard to even tell what it's supposed to be.

umm, this is the worst and ugliest toy I've ever seen in my life lol, and I've seen a lot of different kinds of toys, what was hasbro thinking, it doesn't look like a compact, it looks like a plastic box with a bunch of more little random plastic pieces to put inside, no meaning no story no cuteness, it's just a plastic waste, the ponies are kinda cute, I'm actually shocked at how terrible these are...
