- The first way to try to fix an invalid MMI code would be to restart the smartphone. Going to network settings and then holding the #Power” button and the #Home” button at the same time until the phone turns off and starts vibrating will restart the smartphone

I am sure you are intelligent...... but for us older users, please slow down your speech! I am 70, not 15. I just want to increase the rings on my samsung S8. Can't find any instructions that work..... the MMI code was invalid.
How come I'm not allowed to watch some videos from America or Europe, yet it's perfectly ok to populate my search results with stuff from Asia? Could it be that the phone companies have flooded the internet with stuff that doesn't work, so that we can't unlock our phones?

Restart ur phone serval times can do ,the trick basically ,turn your phone on, navigate to network settings then hold the power and home button together until ur phone turn off,then turn it back on

do not run, because every new device have his own interface, hopefully, you follow this method
Go to Dial Pad
Dial *#*#4636#*#* (No need to press the call button, it will automatically appear the service mode)
Select the ‘Device Information or Phone Information’.
Select ‘Run Ping Test’.
Click on ‘Turn Radio Off’ Button
Then, click on ‘Turn on SMS over IMS’
Reboot your phone & Check

thanks for your help but mine it is huawei GRA-TL00 , no sending and receiving calls ,even no normal texting .am only able to turn on hostpot and wifi for fb and whatssap , and am also able to receive sms only and not sending it says MMI COMPLETE on dialer plz plz how to fix it

Bro I just can give u suggestions, disable or uninstall ur recently install app, restart ur phone in safe mode , if don't know how to restart safe mode just do it google and disable some app , which recently installed hope fully ur problem. Will fix but not sure because some times this problem comes from network also so do this steps once
