@@Technovore88 For sure. I get Stipe was older. But in the older weight classes youth and athleticism isn’t that big of a factor. That’s why Glover, Couture and DC could become champs well into their 40s at those weight classes at/above 205lbs. Francis is like 37 now too. Primes for heavyweights and light-heavyweights tend to be in the mid-late 30s. With the lower classes being early 30s or late 20s due to how athletic and technical you have to be to compete in them. And Stipe is the last dude to use his age as an excuse due to that ‘immigrant mentality’ that Joey Diaz and now Chito Vera use to describe him. If You don’t have strength then throw whatever you learned out of the window cuz you just can’t simply use whatever you learned to its maximum potential. A silverback gorilla doesn’t even have to learn martial arts to kill you, because they an bench press a tonne. update: Oh boy how the tables have turned.
DC would maul and submit Francis imo
@@Bobby.B619Maybe, if he could survive the first round like Stipe then yes. His takedowns and ground control is better then Stipe but his footwork and range are a problem vs Ngannou idk how that would go. Also I think the Ngannou then was way worse then the Ngannou now.
Yup
Lmao any wrestler would derail his hype train. Stipe is gonna do it twice
@@chrissmith8816 curtis blaydes and cain velasquez, two of the best heavyweight wrestlers, got dominated. And Curtis had a second fight after this miocic fight, knowing he had to wrestle ngannou and still got KOd so...
Stipe's so unappreciated, if he beats dc in the trilogy we'll be talking about a potential heavyweight goat
Well he already is
@@worldisfilledb No question about it
He is the goat
@@worldisfilledb Fedor is 11-3 against UFC champions, 3-0 against K-1 WGP champions and 2-0 against Olympic medalists (gold and silver).
Otto Von Bismarck also in staged fights lmao
When I'm having a bad day, I watch this fight, it makes it better.
U can see the unwillingness to fight in Francis eyes after every round
man just look at francis' reaction after the fight. he was completely out of it. this loss did fucking wonders for him.
Yeah the second fight just shows massive improvement
Absolutely, I think this fight was a crazy learning experience for Ngannou. In their rematch he looked like a different fighter.
The sheer difference between the first and second fight is insane. Calm Francis is a mythical UFC fighter
@@hakunamatata-w3873 Yep, and the third will be a MASSIVE defeat for him and a win by stipe
@@nico43714 Will there be a third.
Lol, Ngannou raising his hands at the end. That`s how you know the beating was severe.
Hahaha
@@samschmidt5117 Not superstition, but aesthetics. If you look like you know you lost, you lost.
@@samschmidt5117 Yeah, sad as it is to say, judges take things like a fighter's attitude after a round has ended into account when judging. MMA judging is WOEFUL!
🤣🤣
He doesn't have 22lb fist capable of striking at speeds of 1300 mph . His punches can not match the kinetic energy of a ford escort hitting someone at full speed... That's some anime shit, this is real life.
Always found that to be funny. Like, at least be somewhat realistic when you're trying to hype a fighter up.
Stipe what a beast. True fighter. He didn’t give a f. Just another day at the office
Yeah either they made those numbers up or it was a completely controlled test and put him in optimal position to hit with a force he couldn’t possibly achieve in a regular setting
If those numbers were true, even his grazing punches and completely blocked strikes would flatline his opponents. He could practically breathe and it would KO his opponents. What a load of shit.
Only Overeem and DC can beat Stipe
MAN VS CAR: the newest hit show, where it pits a man vs a car.
On tonight's episode Stipe Miocic fights a cameroonian Ford Escort
rick n morty
Ngannou is from Cameroon.
@@mickys333 lol u are right
@@mickys333 smart man, how did you know?
I love that nickname now. Francis "The Cameroonian Ford Escort" Nganou
Francis out here looking like a warlord, Stipe looks like someone’s dad
The dad of francis
@MKUltra careful, we got a badass over here
@MKUltra There is someone making a harmless joke and in comes some douche with a micro-penis who desperately tries to feel manly by calling someone "soy-boy" on the internet ...
Its called ROIDS, a couple years before this fight Francis was homeless, nobody builds size like that without a little help from friends
Vilmos Dijcks lmaoooo
Ngannou looking more and more deptressed at each glove touch will never get old.
He stayed true to Ford Escorts and literally broke down..
Lmaoo
That hurt 😭😭😭😭😂😂😂😂
hahahaha
Awe that is golden. Good on ya
Nice
Stipe humbled Ngannou, and thus created a more patient and calculated monster
He’s going to get knocked out cold by ciryl hopefully and then mopped up by stipe in the rematch
Ngannou fue un zombie cuando enfrentó a Derrick Lewis...
@@NAC_11359 you wish loooool
@@NAC_11359 LMAOOOO you are crazy if you think Stipe wins the rematch. You are right though MMA wins over brute strength and that's why stipe won the first time, thing is NOW Francis is a student of the Martial Arts. He said after he won the HW title Kamaru told him to "breathe" "relax" "be patient" all of these are martial arts principles and important for champions. He also learnt how to wrestle from the best wrestlers in MMA history DC and Kamaru . Francis is the Ultimate MMA Fighter now and Ngannou v Gane is gonna be an amazing fight. personally based of the small amount of sparring footage we have I think Gane gets KO'd
@@NAC_11359 lol when someone with brute strength learns martial arts, what you gonna do with your noodle arms? Can you defeat a silverback gorilla with BJJ even though BJJ is the perfect martial arts to counter bigger opponents? Brute strength is literal number 1 requirement for a good martial artist to execute any moves. If You don’t have strength then throw whatever you learned out of the window cuz you just can’t simply use whatever you learned to its maximum potential. A silverback gorilla doesn’t even have to learn martial arts to kill you, because they an bench press a tonne. If you can’t even match someone at least on weight and strength don’t even think you can beat them with skill. Why did Max Holloway lose against Dustin Poirier? Because Dustin was a bigger dude with similar fighting skills. A featherweight just doesn’t have enough power to damage a lightweight. Simple as that.
Stipe miocic is a millionaire who shows up to work every shift and willingly runs into burning buildings 🤦🏻♂️ Fearing a man is something he does not do.
dayjob as a firefighter ?
and frannces was working in sand mines from 10 years old with no money frannces has real heart and grit.

It’s dirty how they did Stipe. He was a great champ. I hope he comes back
Stipe’s a real class act. I like how he touches gloves, not as a moment to take advantage of but as a moment to give his opponent to come back to earth, and the fight
Not to mention he's continued to be a firefighter this whole time, the epitome of a great man
what? thats a general thing to do
