As someone who grew up learning how to optimize gifs for dial up modem websites.. seeing that we can so casually use full 256 colors with 1200 pixels wide on the web still blows my mind. Also... I am fairly certain gifs can be set up to ping pong loop-mode. But I can't swear to it.
Would love to see some progress videos of you setting up the new darkroom and studio. Maybe explaining your choices. Would be helpful for people setting up their own for the first time.
If I’m correct the nimslo has glass lenses. The nishika had plastic fantastics. Thanks for sharing really Hope your enjoying the Nimslo it’s a blast of a camera
I have this camera on my ebay watch list now for about a year. I still want one. Great video.
I love my nimslo! I've found instead of changing the opacity, changing the layer mode to "difference" makes it a little easier to line up the images.

I was given this camera and the matching flash. Box's are little beat up
I'm curious for when you have your new darkroom, will you make a new video for the intro?
Probably

It will probably be a series of “in progress” videos, but I haven’t been able to start yet since we are still dealing with settling the estate

Could this make decent stereo pairs by using the outlying frames?
Yes it can! I've used it to make the ol' blue/red stereo photos.
