A Scout ruleset could have you going loud on every heist without any armour, relying on a dodge build. It might be a bit too easy later on in the run, but I think it'd be an interesting challenge earlier in the run.

This type of video seems easy to make at first, "the hard part is the challenge" I thought at first but the real hard thing is the script. The script is full of tf2 references and the way you talk is also in theme with you playing as the heavy. This videos have a lot more effort in them than I initialy tought and thats why I like them so much. Keep doing videos like this and remember to not burn out.
Hey Kknowley- Heavy isn't dumb. Not at all. He's either the 3rd or 4th smartest merc, in contest with Spy for the position. He may be built like a brick shithouse, and run around screaming about killing tiny baby men in a thick Russian accent, but the battlefield to him is like an airsoft field is IRL. He's having fun and loves it. In the comics he's shown to be quite intelligent and well thought, albeit not the best at English (as a Russian (Siberian) native). In Poker Night at the Inventory, he's stated to have a PHD in Russian Literature. Which, I could definitely see being true. (Mercs ranked by intelligence for comparison 1. Engi (11x PHD, no contest here) 2. Medic 3. Heavy//Spy 4. Heavy//Spy 5. Sniper 6. Scout 7. Demo 8. Soldier ?. Pyro (no reference of intelligence to go by. His voice lines in game *sound* intelligent if you listen for vocal patterns, but its all mumbling so who knows.))
Lore: The reason why the cops sometimes join you is because you radiate that Hoovy charm and also promise them a sandvich if they help you. :P Effectively, they see a Hoovy and switch teams just to defend the Hoovy from their former teammates.
4:54 "The Yanks have it backwards" he says, when over 2/3rds of the world do it the same way, and most the last 3rd were part of the British Empire at one point or another.
For medic, you could get other payday creators to run a challenge with you, all as different classes, while you support and heal them through the career mode.
Great run! If you do plan on doing one of these for all the mercenaries, I am really curious as to what you're going to do for the medic run; after all, a medigun doesn't seem like the best tool for mowing down cops...
I do have some ideas in mind for the scout build that could work: The weapons: for the weapons of the run you can either take the same path as this run and utilise the tf2 modded weapons or you can simply use any shotguns or handguns that resemble the aesthetic appearence of the ones in game (double barrel resembles the Force of Nature), as for melee weapons and throwables you could utilise any throwing knives (no axes or spears though) and the melee weapons are going to clearly be baseball bats. Build: Scout in TF2 is quite a glass canon, low health pool but good speed to manuver around enemies with a powerful weapon to hot hard at close range, rewarding the player for playing risky and getting close to the opponent. This should be a give off for a pure shotgun dodge build with some melee perks (due to scouts preferance of his bat). As for the perk deck, use something that isn't rogue in order to spice things up a bit. Rules: In order to replicate scouts nature some rules need to be applied, for one movement can onky be done while sprinting (no walking or crouching, although crouch jumping is allowed for stealth). For his nature of being very impulsive a minimum of 20 kills per heist have to be done with purely the baseball bat. For stealth heists it's your call since scout isn't known to be the stealthiest merc out there As for the medic build, we might see a return of Crew AI mods: The build will definently conatin mods, the overall idea of this build is to have a mod installed that makes jokers and crew members much more fragile but much more effective within heists. Your goal as the medic is to keep both your jokers and fellow heisters alive through the modded in medigun. As for self defense the closest things to a nailgun is the pistol crossbow, unless you want to have a viable weapon other than a bonesaw more mods are required. Stealth heists are your choice to be removed or kept. As for the ease of this challenge maybe the jokermod should be added again to make life much easier.
15:46 "Remind yourself that overconfidence is a slow, and insidious killer." -The Ancestor (yes I just put a Darkest Dungeon quote under a TF2 themed Payday video.)
okay, but like why? its still a good game, and you've already spent money on it, its not like it supports them more by just playing as long as you don't spend anymore money.
"some people think they can outsmart me...maybe...I have yet to see one who can outsmart bullet." A loud only chanllenge fits this and I am all for this challenge.
in Combat Arms there was a mission much like Payday, where both teams would go for the same bust on the same bank. The vault had small piles of money that could be taken for score, and the more piles you took, the heavier you became, and the slower you moved. I would play that game (the whole of it, not just that mission) as a Heavy, with heavy armor, machine guns and rockets. I'd go into the vault, grab ALL the money, and inch my way out the front door by means of HMG fire and rocket blasts. nobody would risk picking up the money pile if I died, as doing so would slow THEM down, making them easy targets! for several months, that play style put the server upside down so hard, that the mods were forced to release a new character with extra speed and armor XD
Didn't you forget to record Counterfeit/Birth of Sky on some other run as well? Also, I love your content, but god, your pronounciation of Sasha and Natasha hurt my soul
Fun fact: heavy has actually named every minigun you mentioned it goes Sasha>Stock/Iron Curtain, Natascha>Natascha, Svetlana>Tomislav, Sheila>Huo-Long Heater, and lastly Oksana>Brass Beast (this comes from "The Showdown" comic)
Me: "Honestly, this challenge sounds fun, minus the difficulty part, maybe could try this build for casual gaming with the mods and all." My friend, who keeps track of events in PD2: "Yeah, about that..."
Idea for Medic/Scout run: Medic: You get a full crew of people also doing TF2 runs. However, a new rule is added to ensure that everyone follows TF2's rules more closely: nobody can do actions that doesn't have a comparable action that their class in TF2 can do. So only a few classes can use deployables (Engineer with the sentry, Heavy with the sandwich, Spy with the ECM, and Medic with the medical supplies), Jokers are banned (getting autobalanced to the enemy team 5 seconds away from winning does not count), certain actions require a specific class (ex. only demo can set up explosives since he's the only one with a stickybomb launcher), only snipers can aim down sights, no running. Scout: Treat the game like Speed. A scout normally moves at 133% speed. Thus, whenever you move, you must be at least 33% faster than a basic, suit wearing heister. Non medic/scout run idea: Crime Boss: Rockay City: We're stealing Crime Boss's rougelike mode. You start off at level 100 (so max difficulty) and are allowed to create your ideal build for each character. The only limit for these builds is that they must use the character's perk deck (except for Hilda, who gets to use leech). Furthermore, you can use crew AI as long as they're using the build you've made for them. However, the real challenge comes from the fact that nobody can be released from custody. If you or an AI goes into custody, the character they were playing as is "dead" and thus they (as well as the build you've made for them) cannot be used until you either restart or finish the run. For the sake of sanity, you are allowed to use the Even betterer Bots by Hoppip.
Challenge suggestion: Gambling Addiction. -Any weapons* -Money bundle or slot machine arm melee weapon. Gambler perk deck. Skills must have random chance involved, or lead up to random chance. (Example: Going through fugitive to get Feign Death) -You must hit the slot machines in the golden grin before you leave. if you don’t get anything, restart the heist. *For every heist, roll a random primary and secondary weapon. Then choose a random attachment. You only get one attachment per gun.
I want you to narrate my life to the people attending my funeral lmao, you are amazing at it, kept me hooked in from the very beginning. Thankyou for this masterpiece
You should do a multiplayer challenge based on TF2 once you finish all the individual characters. One playing medic, one playing demo man or soldier, one playing scout, and one playing engineer, everyone plays spy on stealth heists obviously.
Heavy is quite smart. His line about outsmarting bullets is a reference to a line from one russian work where the author says "the dumbest one on the battlefield is the bullet" and heavy's line a roast to everyone else. He also has a phd in russian literature.
In lore, he has a PhD in Russian literature. He is also smart enough to keep his remaining family members alive and thriving in the icy tundras, and successfully infiltrated the administrators office. I say this because cause I nerd.
Kknowley:"All of you are babies! Who sent all these BABIES!?!?" *AAAAHH* Skulldozer: "My entire team is*BABIES!!!!* " Love the fact your mask is Tachanka's helmet.
idea for a medic playthrough: you yourself can't do damage unless through melee, your entire purpose is to keep your crew alive and well in order to protect you. And of course, you can only wear a suit to help compliment the clay pigeon experience.
I'm excited for Sniper as he's very versatile with snipers, smgs, and even bows for stealth Also i'm thinking for Scout to maybe have a dodge build, and be limited to lever action and break action shotguns, pistols, and the throwing axes (Flying Guillotine), and of course a bat
For a sniper run, I'd say you can only use bolt action sniper rifles with at least the stock scope. Any other scopes you attach must be at least the stock scope's magnification. You also must scope in through the main scope for every shot, no hip firing or using canted sights. For an extra lifeline, you can take a submachine gun into a single heist that you can use however you see fit.
Great idea: can you beat payday 2 as the engineer? Sentries, dispensers but no teleporters, custom sentry that gets more powerful per hit, dispenser gives both ammo and health by wrench, gets more powerful like sentry. Only shotguns and pistols, with custom shotguns available. Only wrench as melee. All buildings get more health every hit, sentry gets more damage, and eventually rockets, and dispensers give more health and ammo every hit. Be able to instantly destroy their buildings for ease. Right click on one of your buildings to move them by picking them up. Sentries have range and can be targeted by snipers, but not priority. Heal your buildings by hitting it with your wrench instead of upgrading it. Can restore ammo in sentry in the same way. Side bar shows your buildings heath, ammo, kills, and health and ammo available to be restored. Has to have low health, and stealth is available.
Heavy isn't dumb, he just doesn't speak English that well. Scout: dodge build, with shotguns though ideally only double-barrel or lever-action shotguns, pistols, the baseball bat, throwing axes (cleaver).

A Scout ruleset could have you going loud on every heist without any armour, relying on a dodge build. It might be a bit too easy later on in the run, but I think it'd be an interesting challenge earlier in the run.
i think scout would be the kind of guy to infiltrate
@@tylercook6378 I don't think the loud mouthed, cocky and speed-oriented merc would infiltrate anything
@@hertogvandamme he want to

Wait till Kknowley learns about the Civilian....
All jokes aside, this is a great video!
Oh hell yeah, i was really waiting for this. Instantly added to my playlist! Love you KKnowley!
I love that at the beginning the thing that got him is that he forgot that payday takes places on the US so you have to get in on the left side
I love how Heavy goes from quiet and contemplative to gleeful bloodlust.
The medic’s whole thing is helping out his team, maybe this time you could let AI do stuff for you while helping them threw it with healing (modding will probably be needed) for weapons a saw of sorts as a melee, deployables have to be healing items, and a syringe gun mod if possible, otherwise a smg of sorts will likely be similiar and a good choice.
The fact you don't unlock the minigun until halfway into the heavy challenge bodes well for you
31:16 Bro hit you with the "Soap trusted you!"
as a wise russian once said "pootis spencer here"
This type of video seems easy to make at first, "the hard part is the challenge" I thought at first but the real hard thing is the script.
The script is full of tf2 references and the way you talk is also in theme with you playing as the heavy. This videos have a lot more effort in them than I initialy tought and thats why I like them so much.
Keep doing videos like this and remember to not burn out.
playing fnaf in Payday 2...wait that's actually a Genius idea!
(Mercs ranked by intelligence for comparison
1. Engi (11x PHD, no contest here)
2. Medic
3. Heavy//Spy
4. Heavy//Spy
5. Sniper
6. Scout
7. Demo
8. Soldier
Effectively, they see a Hoovy and switch teams just to defend the Hoovy from their former teammates.

"The Yanks have it backwards" he says, when over 2/3rds of the world do it the same way, and most the last 3rd were part of the British Empire at one point or another.
I'm quite excited for the Scout run, it'll be the complete opposite with dodge
37:58 That Cloaker truly does deserve a perfect 10!
Been looking forward to this one! Hope you enjoyed it as much as i thought you would haha.
He has a syringe gun, a crossbow, and many types of saws
Fun fact: the TF2 devs said if they could remove any class from the game they'd remove sniper, hear that Overkill REMOVE SNIPERS
YEEEEEEEEEEAAAHH, it's always a good day when TheKknowley uploads!
1:54 what have you done!? I can hear them! They're coming! they are HERE! IT'S THE TF2 LORE KEEPERS AAAAHH-
I noticed you have now done 4 different TF2 challenge runs. What would your thoughts be on a 4 person TF2 run on Death Sentance?
I do have some ideas in mind for the scout build that could work:
The weapons: for the weapons of the run you can either take the same path as this run and utilise the tf2 modded weapons or you can simply use any shotguns or handguns that resemble the aesthetic appearence of the ones in game (double barrel resembles the Force of Nature), as for melee weapons and throwables you could utilise any throwing knives (no axes or spears though) and the melee weapons are going to clearly be baseball bats.
For stealth heists it's your call since scout isn't known to be the stealthiest merc out there
As for the medic build, we might see a return of Crew AI mods:
The build will definently conatin mods, the overall idea of this build is to have a mod installed that makes jokers and crew members much more fragile but much more effective within heists.
PLEASE DO ENGINEER PLEASE
When Heavy finally can’t afford to fire his weapon at $400,000 for 12 seconds
22:53 Can You Beat Payday 2 As Freddy Fazbear. Can't wait to see it.
the best part of these videos is always the flood of puns in the voice-over. thank you, yelwonkk, for another hour of entertainment
1:53 Well ackshually heavy has a PhD in Russian literature...
My favourite fact!
Happy to be the first pedant ^^
Finally we now know how Heavy is able to pay to fire his gun for more than 12 seconds
Can you beat tf2 as the payday 2?!?!?!?!??!
15:46 "Remind yourself that overconfidence is a slow, and insidious killer."
-The Ancestor
(yes I just put a Darkest Dungeon quote under a TF2 themed Payday video.)
I dont know if ill ever play payday 2 again knowing that overkill has sold their soul to epic games
okay, but like why? its still a good game, and you've already spent money on it, its not like it supports them more by just playing as long as you don't spend anymore money.
@@wildfire8910 at the time of writing that comment, the update to add epic support had broken multiplayer and modding nearly completely
"some people think they can outsmart me...maybe...I have yet to see one who can outsmart bullet." A loud only chanllenge fits this and I am all for this challenge.
ok but can you beat payday 2 while china games launcher spies on you? real tough if you ask me
in Combat Arms there was a mission much like Payday, where both teams would go for the same bust on the same bank.
Rip age restricted. cant watch it now lol Edit: YAY I CAN WATCH IT NOW

31:16 Soap trusted you!
Didn't you forget to record Counterfeit/Birth of Sky on some other run as well?
Also, I love your content, but god, your pronounciation of Sasha and Natasha hurt my soul
Amcar only yes
Fun fact: heavy has actually named every minigun you mentioned it goes Sasha>Stock/Iron Curtain, Natascha>Natascha, Svetlana>Tomislav, Sheila>Huo-Long Heater, and lastly Oksana>Brass Beast (this comes from "The Showdown" comic)

Man that Heavy voice pack seems nice
Let me just install this *mod*-
OH RIGHT
Me: "Honestly, this challenge sounds fun, minus the difficulty part, maybe could try this build for casual gaming with the mods and all."
My friend, who keeps track of events in PD2: "Yeah, about that..."
4:46 i never even thought about that lmao, what a funny way to lose a run haha
Me: Hm I might try out this mo-
Gets an Uncommon Vulcan Minigun skin from a Payday
Me: NEVERMIND!
21:53 missed opportunity to say a spy just cloaked.
Idea for Medic/Scout run:
Medic: You get a full crew of people also doing TF2 runs.
Non medic/scout run idea:
Crime Boss: Rockay City: We're stealing Crime Boss's rougelike mode.
"Heavy is not known for his sharp intellect"
TF2 community: And I took offense to that.
Challenge suggestion: Gambling Addiction.
-Any weapons*
-Money bundle or slot machine arm melee weapon.
Gambler perk deck.
Skills must have random chance involved, or lead up to random chance. (Example: Going through fugitive to get Feign Death)
-You must hit the slot machines in the golden grin before you leave. if you don’t get anything, restart the heist.
Finally a new video has released. I've been waiting for this for so long.
56:40 Funny enough, activating Overkill for boosted shotgun damage feels the same as using the Killing Gloves of Boxing to get Shotgun crits.
These videos are trojan horses for how much word play and references you can shove into the script.
and I think you do an amazing job.
The commitment to doing the heavy run proper service is quite respectable.
Kknowley:"All of you are babies! Who sent all these BABIES!?!?" *AAAAHH*
Skulldozer: "My entire team is*BABIES!!!!* "
Love the fact your mask is Tachanka's helmet.
Missed the "I am dead"
idea for a medic playthrough: you yourself can't do damage unless through melee, your entire purpose is to keep your crew alive and well in order to protect you. And of course, you can only wear a suit to help compliment the clay pigeon experience.
I'm excited for Sniper as he's very versatile with snipers, smgs, and even bows for stealth
Also i'm thinking for Scout to maybe have a dodge build, and be limited to lever action and break action shotguns, pistols, and the throwing axes (Flying Guillotine), and of course a bat
I have been waiting for you do do this. Not watched it yet but I can tell it's going to be a good one
"i hoped into the passanger side of the car, forgeting you yanks have it all backwards. "
* you have prevoked a gang war *
37:23 Didn’t know you had a vendetta against this heist tbh lmao
2:00 Heavy has a PhD in Russian literature. His poor English is due to it being second language, not because Heavy is stupid.
the Heavy has resorted to bank robbing to pay off the crippling debt he has because it costs 400,000 dollars to fire his gun for 12 seconds.
you can juggle the nuke bags on the longfellow as well btw, open the trunk and lay the bag behind it, you cant look back but still better than using the forklift or running back again
4:15 i can’t believe the scout from tf2 beat heavy tf2 in melee combat
i wanna see this man get a squad together and do all the classes at once
Heavy ran out of money to afford bullets for his minigun, so he resorted to other sources of cash.
