- My daughter Chloe has a rare chromosome abnormality, which means that she was born with a major heart defect, cannot walk, is tube fed and has learning difficulties. She absolutely loves 1D and was granted a wish to meet them! She travelled by limo and then met them all, she loved it and we wish to thank Rays Of Sunshine for making her wish come true.
