- A man heard a cat meowing and found a cat tied up in the hallway. The cat was tied to the railing. The cat belongs to the children of the upstairs residents. Since they couldn't keep the cat at home, they kept it in the hallway. They refused to sell the cat to the man.

У нас бы соседи просто вышвырнули котея на улицу.Лет двадцать назад мы жили в доме,где был ход из под"езда в подвал,и в под"езд заходили жившие в подвале бесхозные коты.Оставляла им у дверей еду с водой,и постоянно уборщица всё вышвыривала с руганью.Несколько лет назад так же оставляла еду котам,которых сотрудники ЖЭКа заперли заживо в подвале,заварив решётками окошки.За оставляемую котам еду меня крыл матами дворник,обещая выдергать руки-ноги.
