Only bought it cause the armor set looks like something straight outta Warhammer. Besides the game earned it. It's honestly so good that I don't mind giving them some extra money for it.
it really felt like you just bought an actual bonus content for showing your support, not like you buy the rest 20% of the game for it to be completed lol

@@NTD44 Honestly, I've been going higher and higher and I've come to the conclusion that a majority of the player base has a skill issue. The balances and nerfs actually makes this game more faithful to the original because a lot of the shit players initially used to kill the big bugs was never meant to be used that way. The flamethrowers for example were NEVER meant to kill chargers instead were to be used to kill small swarms and provide retreating cover. The downscaling of the fire visuals was dumb and uncalled for tho. Sorry for the long reply lol 💀.
@@chinxsforehead234 I respectfully disagree with you, skill issue or not, the game was in a much better state at launch, hence why the huge success. I used to be gaming a lot, but now I'd rather hop in after work, be challenged for 2 hours while doing an operation on difficulty 10 and call it a day. However, you have way less than what's needed to shoot instead of simulating a sprinting marathon in-game. And I consider myself to be a decent gamer, for refference, some time ago I reached top 10% of the ladder in some competitive games.

Ohhhh, Space P90. Sounds like a neat differentiation from the standard weapons, probably good that it isn't overpowered compared to the other options.
You'll try it once and never use it again. If it were a secondary, it'd be amazing. But it's just so much worse than the Liberator, let also the Liberator Penetrator. And the fact that it's one-handed won't be useful most of the time either.
Its an amazing weapon if you need a good chainsaw primary with your ballistic shield against bots. Does require you to use a recoil reduction arkor though, but if you crouch you can pretty conveniently swing a whole mag across a group of bots and after 2 seconds youll have almost 10 kills and an empty mag. Its just an amazing piece of kit for magdumping
To fix the black screen of death upon steam launch:
Hit ALT & ENTER, it toggles the fullscreen mode and fixes it everytime for me.

I unlocked the premium track for free after playing for like a day. Unless you love the exclusive stuff or don’t wanna grind. Its not worth it.

The premium warbond is available for nonpaying players it cost 1k super credits which is not that difficult to get since the normal warbond allows you to get super credits and you can grind them up ingame as well
But that being said the premium warbond is by no means necessary and it features nothing overpowered to be a must have going with the normal warbond first is heavily encouraged since the features you unlock there are a vast improvement over the premium version

The premium battle pass yes, but the special armor and smg are unique to the bundle

you get 700 credits from the normal battle pass, and then you can get the other 300 (in piles of 10 each) by finding them in bunkers, crates, and drop pods in-game.

Honestly one of the few games where I feel like I’d pay the £15 just to support it and show my appreciation for such an incredibly fun game

For anyone wanting an opinion from a stranger. I highly feel it's better to grind for 600 super credits or more, then add $5 to your steam wallet. After that, purchase the $3 super credit amount since there is also tax on the shop items. If you add $5 in steam credit, you can't get the $5 amount in HD2. You'll need to spent $10 to spend $5+tax. And $15 to spend $10+tax. I hope that makes since. The cape, helmet, and title do nothing for you. The only "good items" are the premium warbonds, body armor and gun. However, the gun can be easily replaced by other guns which are better (including those in the premium warbonds set). Also, the body armor is hella identical to the armor on page 4, like the video said. And, it looks pretty similar too.
Don't get me wrong, it's a good way to show the creators your support. But ultimately, it's your money. I'm just saying that you could save that money and just get the warbonds set. I never said the game isn't good/the creators don't deserve it. In my opinion the game is great! But, I've already spent $40 dollars of money earned. The dps potential on the knight smg is actually insane, it can kill a brewd coma far in one clip
For me it was kinda worth it since i now know i have 2 warbonds to play and i didnt really have to grind credits to get em
the fact that with this bundle you are basically paying the usual price for gems, $60. So I def think it is worth it nd im buying it rncuz I need that 50% chance of living on lethal dmg

the bundle comes with the game i think, if you get the game normally, you can get the super citizen as an upgrade for $20
For all y'all saying super citizen is for noobs just know they're just showing support by paying extra for a game that's really fun and enjoyable. It's doesn't make them better and it especially doesn't make them noobs that suck. Everyone starts at level 1. It's up to the US who knows what we're doing to make sure they enjoy their time on the game and recommend it to their friends. We need more helldivers for this war.
So is not worth it, taking into account the armour will be changed and the weapon is bad compared to the others, is better to just buy the premium battle pass directly, because the tittle the nameplate, the cape are just like "HEY I BOUGHT THIS" instead of contributing to the match in any shape of form.

You're not saving, you're paying $10 US for the armor, helmet, cape, title, smg, and acrade game, plus paying $10 US for the Veterans warbond, you could just spend $10 only and get the 1000 SC for the warbond anyways. So you are basically paying for it.

steel warriors bundle is 10 dollar in game if you buy only. Before the buy this bundle you can buy DLC and collect some items. This DLC worth nothing except bundle.
What happens if you buy the upgrade but already own the premium warbond
There's no bonus medals or discounts, I imagine. You're basically wasting $10 out of the $20 price at that point

No but Helldivers keeps their micro transactions micro, gives good quality gameplay, and tbh I haven’t had this much fun for this long with a game in a very long time.

It being "worth it" is pretty relative I think it is for the gun, the steeled veteran, an the mini game but there will be Chad's talking about being able to get the premium currency in game to buy the steeled veteran which is true but I'd rather spend the 1000 credits on random helmets from the store 🤷♂️, the gun is locxed behind the super citizen edition so I want it for the uniqueness an as far as the mini game goes its been teasing me everytime I see it on the ship doing nothing😂😂
But if you want what's in it just get it don't worry about it being worth it to other ppl they aren't playing for you an ppl have shit opinions for the most part

I’m downloading the game soon as I get off today! I held out long enough. Think most of the launch bugs have been fixed! Definitely getting the top warbond mainly because I’m an aesthetics pimp!

There's room for this game to get monetized more heavily once player counts dwindle and their funds dry up.
I have faith that this wont happen for the next 1-2 years, but businesses can change and people can get greedy.

it not worth it in term of better gameplay at all, all you can get it some proof that you spend more money than other people, some cosmetic, shitty weapon that you would never use again and one time premium warbonds and after that, gotta farm or spend money and buy super credit to get the next one anyway, i got scam for a shitty title and some cloth and you should not be as well

you can get the premium warbond Steeled Heroes, in the game, with warbonds, you can earn some in the free pass, or you can pay 9.99 for 1000 warbonds and buy it straight away. It looks like with a lot of premium passes in games now a days between earning the free and premium bonds, you may have enough (or very close) to purchasing the next pass that comes out (assuming you collect all of the warbonds in both passes of course)
So it's only worth it if you want to do your part

That specific armor yes. But there is similar armor with the same effect on the main progression

Funny this reminds me if the Starship Troopers game that's already been on steam fir a while.
It unreal 5 engine too. It's a shame that it never got big like this did because this is almost the same exact game except you can build custom bases with turrets and stuff with your team and like 20 players in teams of 3 or 4 i think it was.
After playing that first was hesitant to play this since it's obviously highly influenced by it but does look good. Will have to try it one of these days. Just don't feel like spending the money yet.
I said the same thing to my brothers and my gaming friends! It's a classic, I haven't played this game yet I just built a pc but want to max my 4k graphics but when watching the gameplay trailer I thought to myself that alien looks a lot like one in a movie I seen lol. Had to look it up and going to give that movie a watch again!
@ty2slick yeah I actually ended up buying it not too long after leaving this comment. Definitely fun and see what all the hype was about. Yeah I built my pc not even a yr ago yet and been more than happy with it. Went with amd all the way since Nvidia prices are delusional lol. That n 7800x3d cpu is best there is for gaming anyways to date paired it with the 7900xtx and everything looks great n runs smooth as butter with 0 issues. Only issues I ever have is usually related to bugged/bad game launches which seems to be waaay too common these days since companies rush out unfinished products like clockwork. Now I only have a 1440p monitor so run it on high/ultra but always has a nice high fps/frame rate. Just can't bring myself to buy a 4k monitor yet since crazy expensive compared to 1440 or even big screen tvs, which is crazy when you think about it.
Good luck with your pc build though and I'd say for sure helldivers is definitely a game worth trying if you havent yet. Especially since the devs actually care about its players/customerz/fan base, unlike 99% of other game companies these days. You'll have alot of fun especially if you like the old starship troopers movie. The actual starship game is good too but definitely needs some work now that ive played both compared to helldivers. Yet both a little different since the base building isn't in helldive but the community and ongoing live story is a nice new change of pace for sure along with the stratagem airdrops. They definitely went above and beyond, hoping the starship game gets to that level but hard to say since been out for a while now.

Either way. I bought the original game to see if it was cool. Blew me away. So i upgraded because its my way of helping fund a game that is just badass, showing my appreciation to the devs in my own way. Its up to you if its worth it. To me, i had zero expectations of the game and was surprised to find not only did i enjoy the game, but its creating its own canon hostpry in it based on what the players do and are immersed in a game. The devs even drop onto planets with players and drop stuff we cant even get yet like mechs and the new guns. Thie shit is badass man

He just said it is. You get armor cape and helmet that look cool super citizen tag name a little game on your ship to practice and a "premium" battle pass (that you can get without spending any additional money but it will take time) that has a lot of items in it.
Not worth it got the premium track in a day the rest of the stuff is just cosmetic. Unless you feel the sub gun is worth it. But it isn’t, other guns out shine it.
Yeah I agree also it is insane how expensive the stuff is in premium pass like on highest difficulties you will get like 10 medals per mission so its fine for the regular pass but the premium one is just wtf@@KaneGreene

Helldivers is one of the games where I will pay 20 dollars for a nice suit of armor and a gun, not because I want to flex, but because damn, does it look good, and also it's not like you have to have it.
the warbond is open to everyone not just the people who bought the pack which makes sense because if they had some busted guns on there that no one else could get i think people would get pretty steamed
